« Rooms are clean and presentable. House is older but all rooms have been remodeled and include comfortable modern furniture. Bathroom is small but acceptable. Being an older home in a small town, it is located close to the road, which has high traffic early morning and late afternoon. Kitchen accommodations are very good and even include some basic food supplies. Overall, a very good value. »

« This was our first time staying at this property and we genuinely hope it will not be our last. The host was helpful and communicative and the property was impeccably clean. We enjoyed the conveniences and small details in the home that made the stay extra enjoyable. »

« The sheets could be updated. We did not use them as they were dirty and then the clean ones were in the dryer and not completely dried so they smelled bad. This could be due to the fact that the heat and hot water was turned off. »

« The owner needs to visit the property and give it an overall cleaning and update. It seems this is being rented out while being renovated. There was mail in the box and a package on the steps that gave the impression the property had not been visited in a bit. The dead bird on the front walk way had been there awhile too (Owner was responsive in having someone remove it). The batteries are low on the keyless entree. « Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The homeowner responded to questions within 15 minutes. Our we arrived at the house sooner than expected and he graciously allowed us to enter the house early. There are two offstreet parking spots and a cute little patio.. Only thing that we could’ve used that was not there was a baby gate for the stairs. He had a highchair and a pack and play which were greatly appreciated. »
