« We liked the look of the farmhouse, and saw it from a mile away on our drive in from Highway 1. Easy to find ! Easy to get in. The old house is very friendly. Enjoyed the "history" feel. Really liked walking around the yard, seeing all the great trees and bushes and flowers someone planted and took great care of. Didn't miss the TV either ! My daughter who was working in Big Sur loved staying upstairs, like her own little apartment. Very relaxing place to get away from things. »

« We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine. Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »

« Pro: clean, comfortable and welcoming. Con: no shades or drapes on bedroom windows, neighbor had a security camera and looked like it could see in the bedroom, address is not 822, washer did not work most of the stay, smoke detector went off two nights in a row (no reason), bathroom does not have a shower curtain and water gets all over floor - a little weird. »

« We had a great stay, bed was comfortable, place was clean, although the pillows seemed a bit flat. The host was quick at replying to questions. The host made sure we felt safe and had what we needed. The only thing we didn’t care for was the stability of the WiFi at the place and the area. »

« This is a great value for the price, especially for a two-bedroom ADU in Redwood City. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, an induction burner, coffee maker with coffee, creamer & sugar, and a large dorm-style fridge, which worked well for everyday meals.
