„Once we hit in the apartment was very nice..No one was there to greet us, Our travel was delayed, so it was later than expected. We were never told that the elevator had been broken for a very long time and we had 52 steps to go up or down every time we exited the building. We were very skeptical about going out at night. The back of the building was on a nice street but other than that didn’t seem safe to me. The owner and the property manager were amazing!“

„Our stay at this property was amazing. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had a great location. There were 4 of us staying in this 3 bedroom- 3 bathroom apartment. The washing machine came in so handy for laundry. Location was close to train station. We were able to walk to and from the station with our luggage. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and close to the beach. Will stay again when I come back. “

„Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pescara sehr genossen. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich Supermärkte, Essenslokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß, alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Ein Balkon ist leider nicht dabei, aber man kann im Hof sitzen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrparteienhauses, die Bewohner sind sehr nett. Parkplätze findet man mit Geduld in der Nähe der Unterkunft.“

Luciano was an exceptional host—kind, knowledgeable, and fluent in multiple languages including excellent English. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even checking in on us after we left. Highly recommend!“
