« The Clio is ok, but nothing special. I was disappointed that I did not get the type of room I had reserved, the front desk was more or less collaborative. The rooms are clean when you come in, however during your stay, the cleaning service is a different story. The staff left a dirty cloth in my room on the desk and plastic from the toilet rolls on near the sink. I purposely left them there and no one picked them up for 2 days. « The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) ...
