« The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) ...

« Had everything we need for a great holiday. Paradigm mall is just next door. Food and shopping are amazing with plenty of choices. Really enjoyed the apartment. Spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. Pool was awesome and private. Not to mention how huge it was. Gym was well stocked and had everything you need to burn those extra calories. Only small qualm was the shower head was positioned in a tight spot when it should be in the middle. Overall...

« We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage. It was also very clean and anything we needed to be comfortable was provided including a washing machine, stove and oven, plates, bowls and cutlery, body wash, shampoo and towels. « Very good communication especially when I was not able to communicate without Wi-Fi they help me. Location of this unit is very safe, close to restaurant and shopping. Transportation was close by. It is about 40 mins from airport and 20 from center of lumpur. »

« There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work. At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. »
