« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. « The room was clean, but neither of the two tvs worked. We called the front desk and were told to try the connection. That was unhelpful. The ac was inefficient and we had to open the sliding door until late to cool things off. One hand towel and two bath towels. Called to get WiFi pw but didn’t get an answer. Feel we are entitled to a discounted rate. Breakfast was fine. »
