Two full bathrooms and a powder room. The primary ensuite has a walk-in rainfall shower, and the hallway bath has a tub and shower.



Kitchen and living



The designer kitchen has gold accents, marble counters and stainless appliances. The living room has a 65 inch Roku TV.



Outdoor space



The fenced patio has a grill, lounge seating and string lights, and the enclosed front porch is perfect for morning coffee.



For families and longer stays



Travel crib, baby bath, baby monitor, safety gates, high chair, toys and books. Resistance bands for workouts. Central A/C and heat, including the basement. Dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi and Ethernet.



The neighborhood



Fairmount is one of Philadelphia's most walkable neighborhoods, near the Art Museum, cafes and local favorites.



Getting around and parking



Street parking is available, but please be sure to read the parking signs, as some blocks (including 800 Corinthian) may be time restricted. Paid options are nearby through SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



Good to know



Check-in is after 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Self check-in details are sent in your booking messages after booking.

Sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 and complete ID verification. No parties or events, and no smoking of any kind. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.

We do not accept bookings from local guests (those who live within a 45-minute drive).

Fees you pay with this booking: a cleaning fee of $170 per stay; $20 per guest per night for each guest after the first 4; a damage waiver of $20 per stay for stays under 14 nights and $30 for stays of 14 nights or more. All fees show in your price breakdown before you book.

For security, Ring doorbell cameras cover the entrance (outside only), and a Minut noise monitor measures decibel levels only in common areas. It does not record audio.

No pets.

For stays requiring tenant screening, PH Luxury Stays uses consistent rental qualification criteria and an individualized review of each application.



Our standard financial benchmark is verified lawful gross monthly income of approximately 3x the applicant’s monthly rental responsibility. This benchmark is not an automatic approval or denial cutoff, and applicants who do not meet it may still qualify based on other documented factors such as liquid financial resources, strong rental history, a qualified guarantor, or verified employer, insurance, corporate, relocation, or other third-party housing payments.



Applicants may be asked to complete identity, credit, rental-history, and background screening where legally permitted.



We consider the applicant’s overall profile, including:



Verified lawful income and financial resources

Relevant credit and payment history

Recent and unresolved collections or delinquencies

Rental-payment history and landlord references

Ability to verify the applicant’s identity

Qualified guarantors or third-party payment arrangements

Application accuracy and verification

Relevant mitigating circumstances



We do not use a minimum credit score as an automatic approval or denial standard.



All screening criteria are applied consistently and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local fair housing and tenant-screening laws.
