This centrally located Studio apartment is PERFECTLY located in the most prime area of Center City Philadelphia. Unit is located directly across the street from the Convention Center. It is also around the corner from famous Reading Terminal Market! You can leave your car at home and walk right outside to all of the wonderful tourist destinations that Philadelphia has to offer. Unit comes with high-speed internet and is fully equipped with everything needed to host a long or short term stay.

This unit is located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building and requires climbing four flights of stairs. For added safety, the building is equipped with security cameras in the hallways that records exterior hallway activity at all times. The unit is thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We’re always just a quick message away and ready to assist with any questions or needs during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay. No areas of the apartment are shared with anyone else.

Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.

PETS:
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count . There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.

Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
X No more than 3 guests are allowed in the home at any time
X No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
X No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
X No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
X No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
X Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay

** Any other house rule violations (excluding parties) will result in a $500 fine per incident,

All guests are required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID and complete our secure identity-verification process through Enso Connect before check-in. This requirement supports the safety, security, and compliance of our property. Guests who do not complete the verification process will not receive check-in instructions, and we reserve the right to cancel their reservation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.

A $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver or a $250 refundable Safety Deposit is required for all reservations and must be completed through Enso Connect.
