• Photo Identification: Every registered guest must submit a valid official ID.

• Age Limit & Booking Policy: Primary account holders must be 21 or older and remain on-site for the duration of the visit. Reservations made by individuals under 21 cannot be honored unless submitted directly by a co-traveler who meets the minimum age criteria and remains present throughout the stay.

• Privacy Assurance: Personal details are strictly accessed for safety screening and are never retained for secondary uses.



Guest Agreement & Process

Prior to receiving arrival directions, travelers must execute a standard short-term lease agreement confirming compliance with house rules, identity checks, and background reviews where applicable.



Timeframe: Screening needs to be finalized within 24 hours of reservation confirmation (or within 60 minutes for same-day arrivals). Non-compliant bookings are subject to cancellation.
