The place was welcoming and less than 5 minute walk to Sesame Place but the smell in the room was horrible. Both rooms we stayed in were extremely stuffy and murky and smelled old. It was cold during our visit so I can't imagine how summer must be. I had to open the door and circulate the room for over an hour every time we stepped out and came back. Hard to sleep at night because of how stuffy it is. The bed is less than 3 feet away from the AC needless to say sleeping was difficult. There was a couch pullout that was convenient for the kids however. The carpets need replacement all around the property so I would not walk barefoot anywhere. Housekeeping is every other day and its short staffed so you have to catch the cleaning personell while they are out. I needed new towels and change of garbage cans because of my small children diapers etc.. so I had to track them down for that AND First floor rooms only have standup showers so not very practical for family stays over all. The breakfast was decent, the staff are very helpful and the hotwater and pressure in bathroom was good. However I would not stay here again given a choice.
