« I loved how modern the suite was. Beautiful hotel suite! Our river view was beautiful! The one down side was the guy at the front desk who was not accommodating when we needed an early check in to get ready for my cousin’s wedding. The problem was the fact that he made no effort to even try to prioritize getting our room cleaned so we could check in early. However, Shardae was amazing. « DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. »
