Internet Verbindung über WiFi nur im Foyer wo man eine Menge Gäste stets auf den Sofas befindet. Das heißt es kann im Foyer ziemlich voll und manchmal laut sein. Man kann auch 5 Euro pro Tag bezahlen für WiFi im eigenen Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Notproblem und die Mitarbeitern haben mir Zutritt gegeben zum Buro wo ich ihr PC benutzen dürfte.

It isma clean place but that is about the only positive thing to say about it. The roms only window was facing a hallway. Reception personell was unfriendly. Wifi costs extra. And from 7 am onwards staff was very loud and as the doors are lousy you can here that as if they were standing in your room.

Direkt am strand gelegen. Der Eingang liegt direkt neben einer Spielhalle die treppe hinauf. Freies Wlan (sofern es funktioniert) ist nur im empfangsbereich nutzbar, ansonsten kostenpflichtig. Das zimmer war sehr klein und eng, aber es reichte aus. Die klimaanlage ist direkt auf das bett gerichtet, mE unvorteilhaft. Dachte die lage wäre top. Anlegesteg der großen kreuzer gut sichtbar, vllcht 20min fussweg die promenade entlang. Tagsüber haben direkt 4 große "Dampfer" anglegt und die Insel war lebendig. Die Promenade ist durch die Passagiermassen belebt. Naja und ab vielleicht 20 Uhr wenn die Schiffe abgelegt haben ist nichts mehr los. Kaum chancen etwas zu essen oder trinken. Komisch. Sind bis zum hafen wo noch ein größeres restaurant/Bar auf hatte. Parken M hotel ist (wie bekannt war) nicht wirklich machbar, jedoch haben wir unseren mietwagen eine parallelstr./ hauptstraße weiter abgestellt. Grundsätzlich war es dem preis angemessen und im vergleich zu den alternativen in ordnung

Preiswerte Übernachtung in der Karibik
Die Lage ist Top, direkt am Meer mit Meerblick, man ist dort sofort in 2 Minuten am Badestrand/ Partymeile von Sint Maarten, Simpson Bay. Casinos, Sovenirshops und Bars sind sofort da. Ein guter Supermarkt befindet sich in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg (gute Auswahl an Verpflegung) Preis/Leistungsverhältnis wie vorher vereinbart. Günstig :)

Rezeption TOP, 24 Stunden und immer hilfsbereit. Upgrade auf Zimmer ohne Probleme, tolle Mitarbeiter, immer sauber. Leider keine Balkone, es gibt nur eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse und WiFi für's Zimmer nicht billig.

wir waren eine Nacht dort für die die Weiterreise - nie wieder! zu teuer für die Leistung, Atmosphäre sehr ungenügend, lauter Kühlschrank - am besten direkt Stecker ziehen ;-) Frühstücksraum mehr als einfach, unfreundlicher Service, so dass wir direkt woanders gefrühstückt haben

optimales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
der Aufenthalt im Sea View Beach war sehr nett. Die dort arbeitenden Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hlifsbereit - musste eine Reisetasche fünf Tage deponieren. DieLage des Hotels ist wirklich fein, da es mitten in Philipsburg und direkt am Strand resp. der Strandpromenade liegt. Zimmer mit Veranda gibt es auch - die kosten aber mehr als der Minimumpreis. Sehr nett fand ich auch die Tatsache, dass es ien echtes Familienhotel ist. Essen und Trinken gleich ums Eck!

Pro and cons place was clean rooms outdated but clean and crowded when cruise ships are in as the hotel caters to the cruiships so it gets pretty crowded during the days and when no cruise ships are in there's not a whole bunch open in the area ,very few dinning options after 6 pm enjoyed our stay the staff were all friendly and helpful and the area was affordable for cabs around the island and there's a bus stop right close on back street I would stay again

Overall. This was a good experience for me. I solo traveled there and felt safe. The staff was nice and helped when needed. I was able to walk to everything I needed. Took a taxi only when I wanted to. I highly recommend for anyone wanting a place that is easily accessible to the beach and tourist activities.

From my room I could hear the music from the bar, it didn’t bother me but maybe it would other people. The area mostly shuts down at 4/5 pm when the cruise ships leave. There are still a few restaurants and stores open. My bed was noisy but comfy.

This hotel is quite old. The hotel part of the facilities needs upgrading, for sure. However the grounds are wonderful and for me make up for the lack of modernization of the hot e l part. There is a nice pool, a bar with good drinks and good food right on the property. There is a grocery store on property. A bit spendy but handy. It is on the boarwalk so close to sand, beach and shopping. One siae is on the beach, the other on a main road for shopping .

The bedroom was absolutely awful, one of the beds had a mattress that was tilting so my dad was almost falling out of bed several times in the night… two tiles in the bathroom broke and made the towel rail break aswell.. it smelt like mould and the furnitures were just horrible… the pool area, staff and service was really good though but this hotel needs an update asap!!!

The property focuses on their pool and bar that is in front of the Boardwalk. They pay much less attention to the upkeep of the rooms. With that said, I thought the bed and linens were very good. The place needs to be upgraded. They could charge much more if they invested in their property.

Perfect location! Walkable to all shopping and dining. 25 - 30 minute ride from the airport. Though our room with 2 twin beds is in need of an upgrade, we only paid $95/ night. Everything else about the hotel is spectacular! The infinity pool overlooking the Great Bay, steps from the beach, includes chair, umbrella n towel on the beach, the staff is great, pizza is delicious, great area to relax at night n enjoy music, a drink and the view. Would definitely stay again.

Location in Philipsburg and beach access (including pool and bar) are perfect. Rooms and services, although correct and functional, are in need of a little TLC... I can recommend for a short stay (beds were comfortable and room was clean), but don't expect modern and/or luxurious... until fully renovated. Very limited activities on the beachfront when no cruiseships in port.

N'ayez pas trop d'attente
Belle piscine et vue sur la mer. Personnel a la réception et au bar vraiment gentil. Mais la chambre vraiment pas insonorisé, pas très propre, beaucoup de cheveux dans la douche qui n'a pas de rideaux donc splash partout... frigidaire fait beaucoup de bruit. Contour de la porte de chambre pas étanche on voit la lumière du couloir. J'ai réservé le studio avec balcon et cuisinette mais la chambre n'était plus disponible et ils n'ont pas voulu me rembourser la différence car ils m'ont donné une chambre plus petite sans balcon et cuisinette. Beaucoup de moisi dans la salle de bain. Je n'y retournerai pas sauf pour passer la journée à la piscine.

Staff is great, helpful and very friendly. The hotel is in need of a complete update, regarding the rooms, if my room is any indication. There are only two lights in the room. There’s a light as soon as you enter the room and a light in the bathroom. There are no lights or lamps near the bed or on the end tables next to the beds. That means if you’re in bed and you want to turn off the light, you have to get off the bed and walk to the switch near to the door entrance to the room and turn off the light, then you are in darkness when you return to the bed if it’s at night. The room furniture meaning the end tables and the desk need to be updated. There are limited outlets, and they are both behind the end tables next to the bed. There are no screens on the windows so if you want fresh air, the bugs have full access into the room. Thankfully during my stay, that was not an issue they were no bugs, I did not use the air conditioning as I don't like air-conditioning. It’s only three floors, there are no elevators. it’s located right in the middle of Phillipsburg so it’s very convenient to everything in addition to it being basically on the beach and boardwalk. Saying all of this I probably would return, due to price but it does need an update.
