Very new and nice hotel with friendly staff, some points less due to very loud fridge in the room that cannot be switched off and that there is no service or fridge with drinks on the existing rooftop pool bar. No dinner available in the restaurant.

I have stayed at Hotel Emion 3 times in the past year, and every stay has been excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful, and it is a clean and quiet place to stay. The breakfast bar is wonderful, and also includes items custom prepared for you (omelets, etc). Room service is excellent and also very reasonably priced. Emion is my favorite hotel in Phnom Penh!

Absolute must stay place in PP. we travel a lot, the staff and the facilities were fantastic. We have stayed in far pricier places and got a lot less. Fantastic room, wonderful friendly attentive staff, great location. Only better stay in last 5 years was Marina Bay Sands Singapore - and that was about 6-7 times more expensive!!

I didnt like the fact that you are not allowed to access all 18th floor with your room key ... my floor was 9th floor and i have friends in 11th floor but my room key only permit me to stay withing 1 to 9th floor.... super annoyed and inconvenient... if i need to visit my friend. i would have to go all the way down to the lobby for them to come pick me up bc my card cannot access higher floor than 9th... This hotel should change it policy and allowes access to all 1- 18th floor without restrictions....

Fabulous Hotel
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Emion. I was skeptical at first because I’m American and have very specific needs when I travel and stay in hotels, but this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was large (we had three beds), the bathroom was large, and there is a heated bidet toilet seat I fell in love with. American’s aren’t as familiar with bidets, but the heated seat was it for me. There was a refrigerator, microwave, and complimentary water bottles. Our microwave wasn’t working properly and they were able to replace right away. The pool area was phenomenal. It was so tranquil. The view was amazing and the pool water was so clear. Strangely, the restaurant is only available for breakfast buffet. If you plan to eat from the restaurant any other time, you have to eat from the pool bar area and the selections aren’t as vast as what you can order from room service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It is convenient to get a tuk tuk or order a Grab, and the hotel is even able to order car service to the airport if needed. It is walking distance to local street food vendors and massage spa services. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was super friendly and hotel was very modern and clean. My boyfriend and I were very impressed we ended up extending our stay. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Emion Phnom Penh!! We would definitely come back

Very nice hotel with great roof top pool and bar. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Toilets are all automatic and similar to those in Japan. Likely this was due to large number of Japanese tourists staying here.

Fabulous location. Suite was excellent and the view over the water great. Roof top pool was wonderful place to swim and have a drink and overlook to the river. Staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at Hoyel Emion was very convenient as it was in walking distance to the river, palace, independence monument and restaurants. We were fortunate to stay during the Water Festival and watching all the water activities was amazing from the pool deck and room balcony. The pool was the highlight. Open daily from 6am to 10pm.. Definitely a place i would recommended to friends and family. The staff were friendly and booked the tuk tuk to the destinations asked.

Hotel Emion was top 2 Hotels in Phnom Oenh of the 5 places I stayed. Staff very courteous and welcoming, front desk was very charming people and smiling all the times. Breakfast was very good and Variety filled. Definitely stay there again. Location is so close to Royal Palace. Rooms were very clean and nice amenities

Clean, comfortable, no frills hotel. A great bargain for the money. Convenient to the Palace, museums and other attractions. No free breakfast, lunch available only by room service, good dinner. Nice pool, sky bar and outside dining available.

Hotel EMION was an absolutely fantastic experience. A very high level of service from a very well trained staff. They make a distinct effort in greeting you and making you feel at home. (Their pleasure is your leisure.) Our suite was luxurious, comfortable and had amazing views of Phnom Penh. The rooftop pool/restaurant/bar was truly incredible. The location is OUTSTANDING!. Everything we planned on visiting was a short walk away...and the neighborhood we walked through hasd great cafes and a local flavor that made our stay a 10 out of 10. We found our place in Phnom Penh!
