One of our favorite properties

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable living space with all the amenities we needed. Great that the pool & hot tub were just steps away and pretty quiet the whole time we were there.This location was perfect for us. Easy access to our local friends and family.We’d definitely book this unit again if it’s available the next time we visit beautiful AZ.

In for a wedding

The location was great for me. My son lives in the area. The pool right outside the front door. Inside was great. Easy to get to the highway.Downside were all the weeds in the outside sitting area. One strand of their outdoor lights were not working.

Home away from home!

We really enjoyed this beautiful property! It was very clean, updated, and well-kept. The location was perfect, in relation to the pool, and the outdoor space gave us our own private oasis in the sun! Definitely will be back!

Beware!

The booking platform states the community pool at this location is heated. This is NOT true! I choose this property specifically because of the heated pool and then paid a higher rate than usual because of this specific large heated pool. When bringing this concern to Casago customer service they told me "sorry apparently it is only heated seasonally" however that is not what the description stated. And pool maintenance gentlemen informed me that the pool has not been heated in years...I will never use CASAGO platform again.

Waste Management volunteer lodging

The home was clean, comfortably appointed, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Used primarily as a place to sleep after playing golf for 2 days, and volunteering at the tournament for 2 days. The only issue was a small fire in barbecue from accumulation of grease that had not been cleaned after prior renter. Texted management who responded promptly and addressed the issue.

The only negative of the property was the location of the shower head and water control in the master shower. You have to step into the shower to turn on the water-which is quite cold!

Great experience

The house was nice and cool upon arrival, and the air conditioning worked well. The house was nicely furnished and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The guest bedroom bathroom's tub was a bit slippery. We picked up a non-slip mat and left it there when departing for future guests. We also picked up a set of measuring spoons and coffee filters and left those for future guests as well. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend the property to others. When we are back in the area, we will certainly look into renting again. Thank you for a great experience!

Beautiful 3 bedroom with all the amenit ies. Neighborhood, grounds are lovely. Ok on cleanliness. All blinds and baseboard were dusty. Great location, 30 mins or so from the good stuff. Check in at 3 is ok, but check out at 10 is too early. Christmas stay, 3 pools none heated was disappointing.

It was great! We enjoyed the BBQ and the patio!

Very clean the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc. I would suggest installing some sort of hand rails in the master bathroom shower as it gets a little slippery. Our family lives just a couple blocks from the property so easy to walk. The only issue would be parking if you had more than one vehicle there are not very many parking spaces available. We will be booking this property in the future for sure. Thank uou

We loved having the space of the home instead of another hotel room at the end of our four week journey. The home was incredibly clean and nicely furnished. The only issue we had was not being able to set the thermostat lower than 76. We like it colder to sleep at night, 74 is our sweet spot. All the rooms have fans, which help, but still nights were a little uncomfortable for sleeping. The pool is right out the front door with the master at the front of the house. For the most part, people at the pool respected the 10 pm closing time and it wasn't terribly noisy.

Impeccably clean and cozy home

Check-in and check-out process was seamless and the communication was fluid. Very convenient to the soccer event and shopping centers. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, the bathroom towels were plush and there was plenty of room for 3 of us. We had two issues and they were addressed promptly: - Mosquitoes and flies were in the house when we walked in - Thermostat was locked to a max temperature making us feel cold. I recommend taking a candle or a scented container to freshen up the room. It was a bit stuffy at first. It would have been a delight had we entered and the house smelled as amazing as it was clean. Really wish we could have checked out just 1 hr later but it all worked out.

Perfect VRBO for our visit

My mom, Aunt, cousin and I came to AZ to visit extended family and share some old slides and home movies from our grandma and Aunts. The house was perfect for each of us to have our own rooms and have our few family members over to view the old family memories we had digitized for them. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The only issue we had was that a smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms started chirping from a low battery in the middle of the night. We called the next morning and maintenance was out to fix it by that afternoon. Check it and check out was easy and well instructed. We would recommend this place to everyone and will stay again when we come again to visit family.

Our Stay in Arizona

We can highly recommend this property. The location to family and friends was perfect and the proximity to the pool was outstanding. I recently had foot surgery and needed to walk daily in the pool to regain my strength. Casago was a delight to work with as the Property Managers.
