The other 3 bathrooms also have rainfall showerheads.

Three bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, with an additional full bathroom downstairs.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

Every bedroom features a Smart TV with cable, hotel-quality mattresses, comfortable sheets, and convenient USB charging outlets beside the lamps.

The home must be cleaned and ready for incoming guests by 4 PM, so we cannot always accommodate these requests.

BBQ Propane

One propane tank is included per reservation. Additional tanks are $50 each, plus applicable taxes and Vrbo fees.

Extra propane may also be used for the outdoor gas fire pit table.

Heated Pool & Built-In Spa

Enjoy our heated pool and built-in spa, especially during cooler months!

Heating Rates:

First day: $225

Each additional day: $150

Applicable taxes and Vrbo fees are additional

Pool heated to approximately 80°F

Allow 2–3 full days for heating

We recommend requesting and paying for pool heating when booking. It can also be added up to 3 days before check-in.

Important Heating Policies:

Pool heating fees are non-refundable. Please check the expected weather before purchasing.

Heating must be purchased for the entire reservation. Partial-stay heating is not available.

The built-in spa shares the pool's heating system, so pool heating must be purchased to use the heated spa. Spa-only heating is not available.

Guests may enjoy the home and its amenities, except for these staff/storage areas:

Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles unless additional vehicles are approved in advance. Please contact us before arrival if your group needs more parking.

Bedroom 7: This bedroom does not have a window but does have a closet.

Important Things to Know Before Booking

Listing Photos & Decorations

The home was professionally staged for photography. Some decorations shown have since been removed, including extra decorative items and outdoor fire bowls.

All photos show the actual property you're booking.

Outdoor Lounge Cushions & Towels

We no longer provide outdoor lounge chair cushions. Guests may place one of the home's white towels on the loungers, similar to a hotel.

We do not provide separate pool towels. Please use the white towels supplied inside the home for swimming and outdoor activities.

Pool Floats

For cleanliness and sanitation reasons, we do not provide pool floats. Arizona's intense sunshine makes them difficult to maintain. You're welcome to bring your own!

Extra Umbrellas

Additional umbrellas are stored in the outdoor shed or behind the white fence. Message us if you'd like help locating them.

Outdoor Furniture & Arizona Weather

Arizona's desert climate brings extreme heat, sunshine, and dust.

Outdoor furniture can collect dust shortly after cleaning, and exposure to the sun may cause fading or normal wear on furniture and cushions.

We maintain the outdoor areas regularly, but furniture may not always be completely spotless due to our desert conditions.

We share this so guests have realistic expectations.

BBQ Cleaning

Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill. Our housekeeping staff does not clean the grill, so please clean it after each use.

Pool & Landscaping Maintenance

Our pool and landscaping teams may visit during your reservation for regular maintenance.

These visits are necessary to maintain the property and cannot be delayed or rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding!
