This was a wonderful property! Elite Vacation Rentals are true professionals. They are quick to respond to any communications, and are very pleasant to deal with. The house itself is laid out very well, with the master retreat on one side, and the guest rooms on the other. Beds are all comfortable. The best part is the backyard. The pool is large, and can be heated in the winter. There is a great covered dining area, as well as a putting green. We spent many hours enjoying the yard. Fantastic location, in close proximity to anything you could need. You can’t go wrong with this home!

The house was amazing lots of room we had two families 11 in total and still felt like we all had enough space. The outdoor area is FIRE we spent majority of our time by the fire pit while the kids were in the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend this house it’s in a nice neighborhood and close to local shops and restaurants .

This house and property are absolutely AMAZING! Everything was perfect and just as described. The hosts/property managers were fabulous and answered my one question very quickly and went over and above to help. I want to plan another trip here just to stay at this house. The rooms are set up perfectly, the kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything you need while visiting, the outdoor area is just fabulous and I can’t speak highly enough about it. We found it so nice to have the big outdoor table, multiple chairs, big couch, loungers etc. They made this house a home and it didn't feel like a rental at all. There were plenty of towels for the showers and for the pool. Pillows and bedding were perfect also. If you are considering this property I would suggest you don't think twice and book it! The convenience that is within one mile was great! Target, liquor stores, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, coffee etc. Absolutely everything you need within one mile. The sunsets were beautiful from the pool in the evenings too. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!!

Easter Weekend

So far a family favorite. The pool was the highlight and why we chose this property. There was plenty of room and everything felt clean and updated. The location was also close to plenty of restaurants and stores for any needs.

Convenient Location with Great Back Yard

We needed a nice property for family time and a home base for exploring central Arizona. The property was well equipped. We used the heated pool daily. The pool basketball hoop and volleyball net were enjoyed throughout our week. Bicycles were available and also enjoyed. We used all 4 bedrooms and all beds were comfortable. Restaurants and shopping was very close.

Amazing

We had a great week spent at this home enjoying Phoenix and surrounding area with our family and grandkids. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially as well as being close to shopping - the living space was spacious and perfect for watching the hockey playoffs between Canada and the USA. We didn’t even use the bonus room.

Lovely home. Perfect for family in upscale neighborhood. Pool & hot tub was the highlight. Big box stores very close by. Yard & garage activities galore. Very nice property in good location with quick response from host. Be sure to get instructions on how to operate pool/spa. Fabulous trip.

Family Retreat

This house was perfect for what we needed visiting with Family. Our stay was eight days and we could’ve stayed longer.It was great to have people come over to us instead of us trying to get to them. The house was open and easy to move around even with people coming and going. The pool and hot tub were the highlight!!! The outdoor fire pit was absolutely awesome too! Our only issues were the upkeep on different things throughout the house. We had numerous issues with things that should’ve been taken care of, but weren’t. Each day almost we found something new that needed fixing or broke. The first day we were there there was an enormous stain on the duvet in the master bedroom. I called. They came and replaced that with a new one. We had one of the lounge chairs out back. Someone sat on it, and there were no screws, holding the legs up. Then there was a coffee table that had two pieces of wood that crossed over holding a probably 50 pound piece of glass. It was wobbly, but we just used it and one day the thing just broke and the glass didn’t break. We just took that in the master bedroom so it wasn’t out after that. We also had screws that were missing in the dining room chairs, and they were very wobbly. The tops of them were because they weren’t screwed down. The pool had no chlorine in it. The very last day my husband turned on the pool heater and it made a horrible sound and then turned itself off so we didn’t even get to use the pool the last day.

Fall Family and Friends Trip

Great property location with food, store, and entertainment options. The house amenities were great for a familt vacation. Property management communication was timely, responsive and easy to use. We definitely would return for a futurw trip.

Great property

Loved the property. No response from the management company on why jacuzzi was not heating up. Took 9 hours for it to get warm enough to sit in. The back patio furniture was too dirty to Sit on and enjoy weather, we had to clean. The putting green was poorly done. Cups higher than green. Loved the gas fire pit. Location is perfect for everything you need. House was beautifully decorated and clean. Wish we had more garbage cans. Especially for 6 days 6 adults 2 kids.

Great Property!

Wonderful property. The house is beautiful and well decorated. It's stocked with plenty of towels for pool play and daily needs which is rare. Interior and exterior are just epic. The pool was perfect to cool off in with great seating areas both in the sun and shade around it. Would definitely stay here again.

Extended Family vacation

This layout of the house is perfect for a big group. The location was near lots of shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable. A dip in the pool was for perfect way to end a day of sightseeing. We would love to come back.

Amazing property

It was beautiful! The pool and hot tub and waterfall lit up at night was awesome. I gavr all 5 stars except final over all was 4 only because the master bedroom AC did not work. The hosts got a portable one in quickly but the bathroom was still hot and there was a cricket in there! Don't worry we got the cricket out and had not other issues. The hosts were great at responding, wish they threw a discount my wat because the master bedroom was where i slept lol. I had a rough trip down to arizona and just wanted good sleep before the long weekend. Please dont let this discourage your stay. I am sure they got it fixed. Thank you for a memorable stay! I do plan on booking again next year at one of their properties. One team that we brought got to relax before the championship game, since we were so close to the sports complex, oh and they won! Arizona im sure we will be back next year!
