Great house and yard, with so many amenities! A few small complaints, though, hand soap was ridiculously unusable (overly watered down) so we bought some. One bed was so squeaky nobody wanted to use it (right off the Jack & Jill bathroom) The fusball table needs to be replaced, it was really rickety and borderline broken. We had to contact the Ben about several things and even though he was very responsive, it was annoying and time consuming with pool slide issues, hot tub and pool heating concerns (warning: if you pay for the heated pool, know that it only heats to about 80 degrees and only until 4pm, and the hot tub doesn’t get very hot and only hears from 6-10pm- they share the same heater and have to take turns heating), showers were challenging because everyone was competing for hot water with just one water heater for the whole house. Night lights for the stairs weren’t working and we had several close calls and one person did fall down the steps going to a bedroom. I’ve contacted Ben about this, hopefully they can get it fixed soon. Also, it would be nice to have every light switch labeled, because there’s like 150 switches and it’s impossible to know which work or are connected to which light. Some are labeled, but all would be nice. The front door is also really warped and the lock seems not very secure. There were no hot pads for cooking so we bought some no lighters but Ben sent some.We did enjoy our stay here overall and it’s a great location, fun house and yard.
