There is so much to do within walking distance. The home is also perfect to stay in and relax away from it all. The pool is ready for you all year long (*additional charge for heating). The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. All bedrooms and both living spaces have TV's and the internet is blazingly fast.

I highly recommend staying here. The hosts went out of their way to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen well stocked, the house clean and the backyard with pool was a refreshing escape from the desert heat. I will stay again!!

This is the perfect stay. Went to Phoenix for a show at the mortgage matchup center. It was a 15 minute drive from the house. House is sooooo cute and comfy. Great kitchen, great pool, all over a wonderful stay. Will be back for the next concert.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We were in town for our son’s college graduation and this was the perfect hub. Beautiful house. Incredibly cute neighborhood. Great location. I would highly recommend this property!

This home was excellent for our stay. The property is safe, convenient, and very well appointed. Beautiful kitchen well stocked, and it opens to a covered overhang with a large table and chairs. Totally walled in property surrounding very nice pool!

The pool was heated to a very acceptable level to us, very pleasant indeed.The property has everything that you will need tbh , with plenty of supplies , with nothing missing at all!We were very sorry to have to leave such a perfect VRBO rental, we will be back next time we visit Phoenix.Just PERFECT.

Sean and Jessica were fantastic hosts, responsive, and great with communication from start to finish. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. It felt welcoming and relaxing the entire time. Its an older home - so maybe not resort perfect, but we loved it!!The kitchen is very well equipped. Furnishing are comfy. Memory foam beds especially!Lots of room for everyone in our group. The pool was great (definitely do not need heated water in the summer!) Quiet street considering where its at. The neighborhood is centrally located and its easy to get to downtown and the highway. Would stay again!

This property was amazing- spacious, well-appointed, clean, and super comfortable. All bedrooms and two living areas had TV’s. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, creamers, tea , as well as paper goods and cleaners. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool and nicely landscaped backyard were the icing on the cake.

This is a phenomenal residence! Absolutely 5 star accommodations. Host Sean was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. I travel a lot and stay in hotels and private residences and this has to be in my top 10. Definitely looking to rebook when I come back to Phoenix.
