Amazing home!

We had 6 couples traveling for Spring Training, rented this home... It was PERFECT!! Plenty of room inside and outEnjoyed our stay immensely. Convenient location, very nice neighborhood. Recommend !

The Annual Baseball Expedition

This is the third time we have stayed at a “ James Property “, once at a previous houseand twice at this one. The house has all the creature comforts one could want and the location is ideal— it is literally close to everything- the ball park, restaurants, hiking trails. What really distinguishes the property is the responsiveness of the owner. There really is no issue that is not immediately addressed. There is a sign in the kitchen that says, “ Welcome Home” and we certainly felt at home during our stay.

Great home base for Phoenix-area vacation

Really well-appointed and pristine home with plenty of space for a large family. Gorgeous pool and hot tub for relaxing at home, and many of the places we wanted to visit (e.g., Desert Botanical Garden, Camelback Mountain) were short drives away. Neighborhood felt quite safe, and there's a grocery store and several restaurants nearby. James was very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

High School Classmates Annual Getaway Trip

There were 12 of us and we all enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful home. Not one person was disappointed with their sleeping quarters. The back yard was thee amazing set up for us…..Pool was heated & the Spa was perfect. The temps were cooler after sunset (we are from Chicago and was told we brought the cool air thru when we arrived prior weeks were 80’s /90’s) however that’s what the fire pit was for and it was awesome! The home was very clean, we found the kitchen to be more fully stocked than expected, from past rentals, which was awesome! Another great feature in the home was the entertainment room where we had movie nights that was great entertainment! The only inconvenience that we had was the water censor on the kitchen sink (we are an older generation) took some time for us at first, a few mastered it some never got it but that was very minor. James (The Host) advised anything tech wise ask your children….I had to call my daughter to guide me on the PS4 station to watch movies in the entertainment room. Overall a Fabulous home and a great stay for us! James was the perfect host to make us feel right at home and the communications was exceptional. I would definitely rent again and would recommend to friends and family!

We had a great stay!

The house was perfect for our large group, and we loved the resort fell of the backyard. We cooked most of our meals at the house and it was nice to have the all the little things needed already there. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and even provided a welcome basket. We'd recommend this house!

A Perfect Stay

We were a family group of five adults who came to Phoenix for White Sox spring training games. The Sox were our only disappointment ( only one win). The house, on the other hand, was a winner in every way. It had all the amenities, and we enjoyed them all— the spa, the pool, the putt putt golf, and many creature comforts. We loved having Alexa lock doors and manage the lights, not to mention playing Irish music for us on St. Patrick’s Day! The house is also centrally located— not far from anywhere we wanted to go. James is a remarkably attentive host. Any questions we had received an immediate response. We would be very happy to stay in this great house again!

Golf trip to Phoenix

Had a great time with a handful of 50 something -year-olds when golf in the area. The backyard was fantastic for a hot tub at the end of the day, and the kitchen was more than enough to accommodate us all. Would highly recommend.

Stay for U.S.A. national baseball tournament

5 families with 14u boys stayed here for the tournament. Great house- plenty of space and the boys loved the pool and game room. Host was super responsive to questions.. great spot!!

Incredible House for Large Family

This home was gorgeous and provided the perfect place for our large family to stay to attend daughter’s graduation from Midwestern Univ. We were pleasantly surprised by the openness of the floor plan. All rooms were beautifully decorated and everything was very clean. The kitchen and outdoor areas were superb! We enjoyed cooking together in the chef’s quality kitchen and spent our time relaxing in the pool and patios. Loved the spa and fire table. The pool table and game room was an excellent hang out area and the kids loved the large projection screen for video games. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. So very pleased with this property and the generous owners. The gift basket was a nice touch and the owners take great care in providing ALL the amenities one would need. A fabulous stay for our large family of 16! Recommend this property HIGHLY!

Great home for large family

Our family of 15 spent a week in this lovely home. We ranged in age from 4 to 70 and it was a hit for all of us. There were good spaces to gather yet we could retreat to our own rooms if we needed quiet time. The pool and heated spa was a highlight for our North Dakota family tired of a long winter at home. We cooked most of our meals in their well equipped kitchen plus the grill outside. Checking in and out was a breeze and our host was quick to respond to questions and accommodated our request for a later checkout time. We felt the neighborhood was safe and not too far from the places we chose to visit such as the zoo, butterfly experience, etc We highly recommend the lovely Orchid house brought to you by James and Michelle!!

Beautiful house, great location!

Our family of 6 visited over spring break. The house was perfect for us! Pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The kids loved playing pool and that they each got their own room. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. James was fantastic communicating with us and checking in/out was a smooth process. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Close to shopping in Scottsdale as well as downtown and hiking trails. We cannot wait to go back!

Sept Bowl Blast

Amazing weekend with friends. Met up with long time friends and our two families had an incredible time. Beautiful house, with plenty to occupy our 7 kids ( ages 3-9). Played putt putt, swam, movie theater. Kids were exhausted every night by sunset and the adults were able to relax with a glass of wine in the hot tub. Close to restaurants, grocery, Starbucks. Quiet street, but close enough to the interstate to get anywhere. Just 6 miles from stadium and had no real traffic getting to the game. Will def save this property and book in the future. Minor questions answered quickly by the owner, very responsive.

Nice house, everything you need and more.

Our group of golfers stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the home. Our host was very nice and communication was friendly, fast and honest. I wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the patio! Would highly recommend staying here.

INCREDIBLE PROPERTY! 🌵💚

I’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and this is my favorite! It’s absolutely beautiful. It easily accommodated 11 of us and was big enough for many more. The house is fully equipped with enough towels, dishes, glasses, etc. There are several wine fridges that helped with our celebration dinner. The beds were all very comfortable! It was nice having so many bathrooms too. The pool is spectacular and the game room was an added bonus. James is an amazing host and instantly responds to communication. I hope to return to this house in the future. I 💯 recommend this home! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with my family, James.

Gorgeous Home

My family had the absolute best time at this home! We had 8 adults and 5 kids under the age of four and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough bedrooms/bathrooms for all of us.. It was so spacious and clean inside and out. The kids had a blast swimming in the gorgeous pool and the adults loved the outdoor fire table. The game room with the pool table was a hit as well. Communication with the host went beyond my expectations. James was always on top of anything we needed with help of his brother Joshua. We would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay In the area. The home has everything you need and more for a vacation. If we ever go back to Arizona my family would 100% consider booking this home again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best vacation rental ever

This place was outstanding, I cannot put into words how beautiful the house was, how perfect the size was, how accommodating the host was, and how awesome our stay was there. The house was spotless, I have never been to a house that felt so clean. It has everything you could ever need in it. It was so spacious. I stayed there with family and friends the weekend of my sisters wedding. 15 girls were able to get ready for the wedding in the spacious home. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe (I myself live within a mile). I could not recommend this place more, 10 stars!!

Great stay!

This house fit our needs perfectly! We had 4 couples and two singles. The bedrooms were spread out so everyone had privacy. James was very responsive and accommodating! They layout of the kitchen and living room is nice & open so we could visit while fixing meals. We liked it so much we are hoping to stay there again next year for our tournament.
