Impressive!

This property was perfect for our visit too see our grandson. Property was very clean. We had no issues at all. Everything was labeled and no matter what you needed, it was there. The backyard space is incredible. Loved the pool. It was a little hot to make a pizza, maybe next time. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

Relaxing Stay

The yard/patio really made our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub throughout our stay and the covered patio was the perfect meal spot. The outdoor TV was great for poolside entertainment as well! Comfortable beds and the amenities were fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything that we needed. Only a seven minute drive to grocery stores and big box stores for any other needs or groceries. Our only wish was that there was a charging block or outles accessible in the master bedroom for charging phones over night.

Graduation trip

We really enjoyed our stay here, a lot to without ever needing to leave the house. Nice neighborhood, always felt safe, not on a main road but close to everything. Clean and well appointed kitchen. Would definitely recommend this house to families, we will be back!

Terrific Stay!

We loved our stay at this property. We were there 3 full days and thoroughly enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, billiard table, fire pit in the evenings and even mastered the pizza oven. The house was inviting and clean, the kitchen well stocked, the beds comfy, and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to supermarkets, etc. (within 5 minutes). The only challenge we encountered was lack of communication from the property manager. On our first morning, two workmen walked into the backyard (rather than knocking on the door) stating they were there to install security lighting and make repairs to the irrigation system. We were still in our pajamas and had no prior notification. When we contacted the property manager to ask if they were, in fact, supposed to be there and express our concern that they provided no ID and we hadn't been notified, we were simply told they didn't know exactly when they'd be coming. We felt we could have been notified of the POSSIBLITY of their arrival. They were onsite for at least 90 minutes walking through the backyard which was somewhat awkward. Additionally, the house instructions indicated that pool maintenance occurs every Tuesday (no one ever came) and that landscaping occurs every other Wednesday. The landscapers came on Thursday. Instructions regarding trash disposal were also confusing. Overall, communications/instructions could be improved. That aside, the house amenities and location can't be beat!

Amazing vacation

This was a great place to stay. We had to eventually drag our kids away from the pool. The house is perfect with all the outdoor amenities for everyone to play with. Pizza oven was just the icing on the cake for us.

Nice place

This is a nice place to stay. Location in Scottsdale is convenient to golf and restaurants. The property manager is a bit of a pain to communicate with. Sucks that you are forced to pay to heat the pool. We never used it. Beds are a bit uncomfortable. Backyard is a total playground, kitchen well appointed, very clean. Overall, enjoyed our stay

Great location

Quiet neighborhood and perfect location! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor area was wonderful too, we didnt use the pizza oven but enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

House was perfect for family of 6 and exactly as stated in the listing. Layout of the house was great for everyone to be together and having fun. Got a lot of use out of the hot tub and pool table. Even tried out the pizza oven which was fun to do.

Family get away

We loved this property. The pool, the games, the TVs in every room/sitting areas so everyone was entertained. The beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Host was great. We will definitely be back.

Close to mayo

My son, grandson and I were in Phoenix for a series of appointments at Mayo . Very convenient to Phoenix campus, and 20 min from Scottsdale campus. Great restaurants nearby

Amazing

This was so much better for my family than a hotel. We swam, played a lot of pool, played for hole, tried practicing golf (not so great at that), and watched movies. The only complaint we had was the hot water ran out too fast, 2 people couldn’t even get showers taken back to back and the water didn’t get very hot. Other than that it was amazing. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Fantastic house!

Traveled to spend time with family in AZ. This house had everything we needed for our stay and dinners with local family. Everything was labeled which I appreciate as it makes finding things easy. We even gave the pizza oven a shot, which wasn't bad for our first try. Would definitely recommend this home for your stay.

So many things to do…..so little time

Amazing amount of options packed in this property. Pool and hot tub were our favorites, tho indoor pool table was fun also. Nice functional kitchen and a tv in almost every room- including outside. Could use a little updating but was very clean. If I could add one thing, it would be another bathroom.
