A Week Away

We were looking for a quiet getaway that also had things to do, at our leisure. This home nailed the purpose. It was around 110 degrees each day of our stay. So, it took a bit of manipulation to plan around the heat. The A/C worked well. The landscaping and grounds were beautiful. We played paddle ball or golf in the morning and evening when there was a bit of breeze and shade. We used the swimming pool every day. When we didn’t want the heat, we played billiards indoors. Everything was top notch except the larger bathroom had a sewer smell to it. We kept the door closed. There were 2 other bathrooms and plenty of towels.

Beautiful property! Needed some attention to details!

It truly is a perfect spot for a family vacation! However, we encountered a few things that needed attention when we arrived. We paid 455 for the pool to be heated for the week. Though they said it was heated to maximum temperature, it was never warm enough to swim. The ping pong table was covered in dirt and debris and they did come out to clean it off. There was an outdoor light on the shed that was out, needed for playing pickle ball in the evening. Again, it was rectified the next day. There were no felt tips on three of the four pool cues. Two of the skillets in the kitchen were not cleaned when we went to use them. That said, the pickle ball court is brand new and sooo nice and the outdoor seating area with the fire pit is lovely. I would highly recommend this place but communicate with the owners about these issues prior to arriving.

Everything about the house was great. Something for everyone in my family, grandkids loved the pool and playing in the yard, 86-year old parents enjoyed golfing in the backyard, daughter loved pickle ball, my son and I had fun w/ everything. Location was also great. Close to Salt River Field (go Rockies!), Old Town, and the aquarium. Hope to return next year.

My family enjoyed the property. We had the pool heated and that was soooo nice the temperature was perfect! We enjoyed pickleball and mini golf right on the property. Extra effort was made to have everything you would need for a trip away from home.

Golf paradise

This immaculate home and property is perfect for large groups, especially multiple guests who prefer king beds. It’s great for golf and cornhole and other outdoor activities, or just relaxing at the pool. It was located in a quiet, convenient location and close to stores like Costco and Walmart. We loved it and highly recommend.

A wonderful week with family

Everything went as smoothly as you could hope. The house matched our expectations based on the listing and everyone in the family (not an easy feat!) enjoyed the accommodations (especially the golf - which got a lot of use over our stay). The pool heater had some trouble but we worked with the team to work around it. Super appreciative of how this helped make for a fantastic family trip. Thank you!

Great Property

This was a great property and highly recommend. The house was clean, quiet and well stocked. We thought the beds were comfortable as well as the rest of the house. Plenty of bedrooms to spread out. Easy location for visiting Scottsdale and Phoenix. Host was very nice and easy to communicate along the way. They even surprised us with a nice welcome as we were there for the Fiesta Bowl. The backyard was perfect for families and kids to hang out.

A fun HUGH backyard resort !

The house was very clean and livable with large great room and kitchen. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths there was plenty of room for everybody. But it was the hugh backyard that made this a special stay. We swam in the pool, played corn hole on the grass, and had a BLAST playing the backyard golf course. We had so much fun that we are planning an annual family golf tournament here. John

Perfect Golf or Family Property

Perfect for family with teens

This beautiful, spotless home was the perfect fit for our family with 2 teenage boys (17 and 15). Golf, ping pong, basketball and the incredible pool gave everyone something to do in their own space. The owner, Brian, was a pleasure to deal with and had all information organized in one place so whenever we had a question, we just looked at the binder! The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the highway but feels tucked away from everything. Didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again!
