This was an amazing house in every way, with plenty of room and thoughtfully planned. Very nice for our wonderful family reunion with family coming from several places to enjoy each other. Very nice location to easily get to great restaurants and other sites. We were all very happy with this arrangement and hope to plan another gathering.

The heated pool was great and there were plenty of chairs outside too! The sturdiness of both inside and outside tables and chairs was great. Location to all the places we needed to go to was ideal. The grill and appliances inside worked well, and a new coffee maker and toaster were provided when requested.We can’t give this a 5 star rating because there were no dressers in the extra bedrooms, no safety handles in the showers, no railing in the pool, and our mattress was squeaky, too low and mattress needs to be replaced. The air conditioner worked well to keep us cool in this unseasonably hot weather.

The house was wonderful - had all the amenities we needed and we loved the location. Only thing that needs to be fixed is there are creaky beds and one bed felt like it would break - please please please fixed the frames of the king beds - that is the reason For the four stars

We picked this property for its spaciousness and location, bed/bath set up and a single story! it met all of our needs and the pool was a bonus….thanks for heating it up! We liked it so much we are thinking of reserving it again next year when we come back for the Desert Classic golf tournament.

Place could be nice! Paint is peeling in the bathrooms and under the pergola. Walls need painting. The kitchen could be better equipped. The beds were really hard and squeaky.

House w/ a pool

This house had the ideal location, but could have been a little more desirable. The bathroom door would not shut since it would not fit in the door frame and bathroom TP holder was broke. All bedroom doors and beds need greased to keep from creaking. The pool must have the vacuum in at all times per the owner which was a hazard to younger children when swimming. Very limited on pans for cooking and no bowls/containers to store food in. This stay met our needs, but could have been more ideal.

easy fix items should be done

First off, Property Mgr was great! His instant communication with me was impressive. Home is nice and has a great kitchen and dinning area. Bathrooms do not have towel bars, hall bath needs maintenance badly (other bathrooms are lovely), microwave inconsistent. Large fridge with ice, pool very nice. Garage equipped with pool table and darts...fun!

Great location and heated pool

The house was clean and checking in was easy. The location was great - close to the airport, old town Scottsdale, neighboring suburbs and Phoenix. Though it was cooler during the morning and at night, it warmed up enough to swim and our kids loved the heated pool. Our only complaints are that there is only one inside sitting area, aside from the dining table, and the kitchen had just the basics. There were 9 of us and just enough dishes to have one meal before needing to run the dishwasher. We ended up getting paper plates and plastic utensils so we didn’t have to do dishes after every meal. Not a lot in the pantry as far as spices, oil, etc. but other that, the stay was goods overall.

Ants in the bathroom

The location and house description was great. However the renovation was subpar with several cracks and loose fan assembly. In addition, we saw a few ants in the bathroom the first night but were quickly removed. This morning we awoke to find a bevy of ants in the bathroom crawling over the counter space.

Relaxing Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and in a great location for our stay. The manager of the property was very prompt to answer all of our questions. The only downside is we paid extra for the heated pool, but it never really got any warmer during our stay. But overall, it was a great property.

Nice Property

Overall, the property was pretty good. It had all the amenities as listed. The pool table and dart board were great, the location of the house was excellent, it didn't take to long to get around. The houes was spacious and had everything you needed for a few day, lots of clean towels for everyone to use. A few things to note: When we went arrived and checked out the house, we noticed that there were 5-6 bunches of bananas hidden in the cupboard above the fridge. There were some clothing tags on the shelves. The cleaning fee is a bit steep, the request is to put all the used towels in the laundry room and take out all the garbage to the back alley outside the gate. We did not use the pool. There is a robot in the pool that cleans the bottom that instructs to not remove. So some tubes around the property (not pictured) for the robot cleaner and people did not like the idea of swimming with the tubes/robot in the pool.

Great House

If you want a house that sleeps plenty and is in a great location then this is it! The house was extremely clean, and fun to stay at. The location is right in the middle of anything you could want. The team you're working with is also extremely fast to respond to any questions you may have. I couldn't recommend this listing more.

We had a lovely time staying at this property. It was clean and spacious. Perfect for a quick getaway. Stores ect. close by and not far from the center of Scottsdale. Our favorite part was the pool!
