Beautifully appointed condo in excellent location

This condo was exactly as pictured: beautifully decorated with high end accessories spa-like touches. What a great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring Arizona. Kevin was delightful and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

This was a great VRBO. We came in for Spring Training games and the location, just on the north side of Old Scottsdale, was very convenient. The bedding was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a ceiling fan. It was also convenient to have two bathrooms with nice size showers. It was an end second floor unit and was surprisingly quiet. Having a covered parking space was a bonus. We also went to the pool, and it was peaceful and pleasant. The owner provided clear directions and instructions for the unit, and checked on us during our stay to make sure all was good. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

Perfect ladies weekend away.

Enjoyed a wonderful girls weekend at this adorable VRBO. Plenty of space and within walking distance to grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and patio was relaxing. Kevin was able to answer all our questions and allowed us to drop and store our bags at the apartment when we arrived early from the airport.

Beautiful renovated condo and clean. I would rent it again in a heartbeat

The owner did a great job posting pictures of the inside of the condo, because when we walked in, it looked exactly like it did on the website. The location was also excellent…close to everything you’d need and more! The owner went above and beyond by leaving some great recommendations on the kitchen chalkboard, for drinks and dinner. I would highly recommended this VRBO!

Great Spring Training Home Plate

The condo worked great for a week of spring training with friends. Condo was clean and comfortable in a great location especially for Scottsdale stadium games. Easy to get to all the restaurants and shopping that Old Town has to offer Host was great with keeping in touch just in case we needed anything at all Would definitely come back

Les points faibles : Emplacement
Pros: Owner was very responsive & always available. Interior photos were as shown. Location was within walking distance of Old Downtown. Bed was comfortable & bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Kitchen was nicely appointed (tho we didn't really use it) Cons: Not our style of property. This unit is within an older apartment building complex. Exterior is old & very dated. The location of the unit itself was on a corner which is located right next to a stop light on a corner of a very busy road. There was traffic noise most of the time. we weren't able to enjoy the balcony because of the noise and sleeping wasn't the easiest. However, the owner did provide a noise machine & we used the ceiling fan to try and block noise. That being said, just not the ideal location or type of atmosphere for us.

Great location

We stayed here for a girls trip to Scottsdale. Property owner was fantastically accommodating for the fact that we arrived very early in an effort to avoid a snowstorm and possible canceled flight. Property was very close to Old Town Scottsdale (probably could have walked but we did go with rental car). Starbucks was directly across the street which was a great treat. Beds were super comfy! Property is on a loud corner (why does everyone in Scottsdale want to rev their engines!) but the white noise machines in both rooms were a great touch (totally considering buying one for home). Thanks for a great weekend!
