The host was very responsive. Location is pretty good as we could reach all of our activities within an hour. (Due to it being a busy time during the holidays), otherwise when we have gone down to this area, getting around during spring break is much easier and much less traffic. First floor has a bedroom which the adults took over, two teens went upstairs to the master bedroom and two went to the queen bunk room which was right off the pool. The hot tub at night was so nice to relax in. The pool isn’t huge but just right for the kids to enjoy a quick dip after a long day of having fun outdoors.

Very nice cabin, comfortable furniture and beds. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and taking our little dog on walks in the neighborhood. Was very convenient to Pigeon Forge, only about 5 minutes and no scary, steep roads.

Great Cabin

Great location

This property was fantastic. Having two teenagers and a dog, booking two hotel rooms and boarding can get expensive. So instead we found this lovely pet friendly cabin, where our teens also had enough space to have their own rooms. The cabin is only about 1 mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge so you are still super close to all the action. It made it the perfect location to pop in and out throughout the day to check on the pup. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the air hockey table was a big hit with the teenagers! The dedicated parking directly in front of the cabin is also a major plus.

Best Place To Stay In Helen

There is not enough good stuff to say about this Studio. We were located right in the middle of town and all we had to do is step out our door for shopping and dinning. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and we had all the stuff we needed for a quick stay. They offered a sound machine to drown out the noises of town, which wasn’t bad after 11pm. We had a large TV that we logged into our streaming accounts. If you visit Helen, go eat at Hofers for breakfast, Cowboys and Angels for dinner and Bangkok house for dinner. Check out Kopper Kettle Fudge right underneath your Studio for an awesome sweet treat. Get the chocolate covered strawberries. We will stay here again next year.

Great Property and Host

Liberty Lodge is a great property. Although there were minimal to no views from the property, everything else made up for it. When we checked in, we found the hot tub was shut off due to a leak, the very next day (a Sunday) the host had someone there to fix the problem.

Great Location -- Amazing Place to Stay

The house is amazing -- indoor swimming pool, arcade games, and air hockey. Something for all four of my kids (2 teenagers, tween, and five year old), which meant that my husband and I had time to actually relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make Xmas Eve and Day meals. Plus, you are so close to all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. If you're in the area, we highly recommend The Liberty Lodge.

Honeymoon

Cabin was amazing and in a great location! We loved the indoor pool and the hot tub. The only thing that was missing from the cabin that was listed was the air hockey table.

Fall family fun

We had a great fall break at Pigeon forge. We spent most of our time at Dollywood so it was nice to come back to a quiet cabin and rest. The property Liberty Lodge was very clean when we arrived and we had enough toiletries during our few days. It is also very close to all the entertainment, but the neighborhood location is very quiet and we felt very safe. The kids enjoyed the pool which lights up different colors, very exciting at night. There is also plenty of bathrooms and many tvs located throughout the home. We would definetly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay!

The host communication from start to finish is top notch. You can tell they take pride in their property and it shows. We found the location to be convenient off the strip and close to everything. We enjoyed Dollywood which was less than 20 mins , Dolly Parton Stampede Which was 10 mins or less, the Island is almost across the street (5 mins maybe). I liked that there was a parking space. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I liked the rocking chair front porch. We had our dog and liked that there was grass, and easy neighborhood to walk our dog. Floors were dog friendly. The entire space was well thought out and aesthetically beautifully designed. Felt very clean. And we appreciated the plastic dishes for our kids and the starter items. We enjoyed our stay

Convenient Location

Plenty of space for our 4 family members and small dog during a long weekend. No yard area and limited kitchen supplies but we were mainly out and about so wasn’t a big deal. Communication with property manager on one issue was quick and easily resolved.

Fun family getaway

We were booked with another cabin in a different area of Pigeon Forge, and our reservation was unexpectedly canceled when we were two hours out side of the city. I was scrambling to find anything that had availability to book last minute. There was flooding a few days prior and other bookings were tough to find with the specifications that we were looking for. (Hot tub, pool, family friendly, safe location) I reached out to the owner of this property and After viewing the photos of the property, he got back to me very quickly That he would accommodate us and he worked with me to update Our booking! I had not seen this property on VRBO When I previously booked several months ago, or else I would’ve just booked here to begin with! The house was beautiful new build, new neighborhood, quiet safe, But super close to all tourist, activities and hiking, etc. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen as we often eat our meals at home Instead of out, Due to food allergies. We look forward to our next trip, and will be booking this location again! My son, loved the pool and the hot tub. It was nice to have an indoor pool for days when it rained, and the patriotic theming was fantastic as well. House was clean and we were able to check in early despite Booking very very last minute.

great experience

We have been to pigeon forge/gatlinburg area many times with family, but this time it was just us and the dogs, no kids. Place was really clean, big enough for whole family with 3 bedrooms, more than enough stuff in kitchen if you want to cook. Also it was nice that they had some keurig pods so you can have coffee in the morning, and lots of towels at pool area. Pool isn't that big but it would be big enough if you had little kids. Location is perfect, close to the island. There are other cabins right by it but it was nice and quiet. The host was really nice and responded quick to questions we had. We would love to go back there with kids next time!

Everything about this stay was above my expectations. The pool and hot tub were a hit for my family. The location was convenient to all of our plans in pigeon forge and the mountains. Our host was quick to answer all of my many questions. We can’t wait to return.

Very responsive host

We have a large group and usually cook more than we eat out. Previous guests had apparently taken or thrown out a lot of pots and pans. We called our host and he answered, not a service. Told him what was going on and within 30 minutes he had done an instacart and sent over brand new cookware. Family didn’t even want to go see the sites because we were entertained so well at the house. I would give him a 10 if the app would let it go that high.

Weekend Birthday Getaway

The house is gorgeous in a very nice neighborhood. I booked the weekend before because it was supposed to rain all weekend. The indoor pool, games up stairs, and the covered hot tub was the perfect fix to a rainy birthday weekend. I will definitely be returning.

Nice getaway

We only had two days, but the cabin had everything we needed for the stay. We had some unfortunate weather so the cabin's proximity to the main strip in Pigeon Forge was nice. We didn't use the hot tub mostly due to our short stay, but I also think I would prefer a bit more privacy. Overall, we had a nice stay and would visit again if we wanted something close to everything.

Son’s Birthday Trip

We celebrated our son’s 5th birthday here in Pigeon Forge and we had the best time! This property is in the perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. It is a beautiful house and was perfect for our family. Our boys loved the pool in this house too. It was clean and met all our expectations, plus more!
