All bedrooms include: Smart TV (log into your existing streaming accounts), chest of drawers/dresser, USB charging plugs near the bedside, at least one luggage rack.

All bathrooms include: starter toiletries, makeup mirror, blow dryer, plenty of extra hooks for convenience.

Linens & Towels: Fresh Egyptian Cotton bed linens, bedding, pillows and blankets, extra pillows/linens/bedding for both Queen sleeper sofas. Full bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and dedicated makeup towels. Pool towels are in the indoor pool room; hot tub towels are in the Rooftop half bathroom.

Starter Bathroom Toiletries: Full bathrooms include starter supplies of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Half bathrooms include hand soap.

▪ One section of the neighborhood access road may become icy during freezing weather
▪ Significant dip where the neighborhood access road meets the main road - low clearance vehicles should enter and exit with caution but can still easily access the property

The only areas not available to guests are locked owner and maintenance closets.

Self check-in is provided through a smart lock, allowing for a seamless arrival experience. Your unique access code and check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Booking Requirements
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the duration of the reservation. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Stay Agreement
Guests will be required to review and sign our Stay Agreement prior to arrival, covering property, community guidelines, safety information, and stay policies for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Safety Information
This cabin includes multiple levels, stairs, decks, a rooftop terrace, indoor pool, and hot tub. Children should be supervised at all times when using these areas and amenities.

No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. No pets permitted.

Security Camera
For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is one exterior security camera located on the front porch. The camera monitors only the front entrance, driveway, and parking area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.

Developing Resort Community & Nature
The Fourth Story is located in a growing new-construction community, so some nearby construction activity is possible during your stay, and seasonal pollen and forest debris are common in the Smokies. Our cleaning team thoroughly prepares all outdoor spaces before every arrival, though dust or debris can resettle on decks, furniture and railings between cleanings - we appreciate your understanding.

Our cabin is surrounded by forests and natural wildlife habitat, so you may encounter bears, insects, spiders, birds, and other wildlife common to the area. We regularly treat and monitor for pests but cannot guarantee you won`t see wildlife during your stay.

Cell service can vary throughout the Smoky Mountains depending on your carrier; high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the cabin.

A digital guidebook with check-in instructions, property info and local recommendations is provided prior to arrival.
