Bienvenue à Destination de vacances à Pigeon Forge! Cette location de condominiums de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain vous offre, à vous et à vos invités, un lieu spectaculaire pour profiter de tout ce qu'il y a à voir et à faire dans les Smoky Mountains.

Idéalement situé à un pâté de maisons de la promenade principale avec un accès très facile, vous serez à proximité des magasins, des restaurants, des attractions et des théâtres.

Vacation Destination est un condo au 4ème étage avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes et un ascenseur pour plus de commodité. Situé sur la propriété, vous et vos invités apprécierez la grande aire de jeux pour enfants et les 2 piscines situées à proximité de la location de votre condo.

Dès que vous entrez dans cette escapade Pigeon Forge, vous êtes accueilli par le plan d'étage ouvert et spacieux.

Le salon vous offre un confort total et dispose d'un accès à une terrasse couverte, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une cheminée.

The beds were super comfortable and the location was amazing, very central to everything we needed. The check in process was very easy and the play grounds and pools were amazing if you’re traveling with kids.Now I did reach out when we arrived because there was a bunch of bugs in the walls, they told me they were stink bugs and would see about getting someone out to take care of it, no one ever came, I reached out again with no response, the floors were super dirty, our feet were black from walking around the condo which having small children was really gross. The condo also said they had a pull out couch and we checked all the couches and none were pullout. Again I reached out inquiring about it with no response.We made it work but the communication and cleanliness really needs improvement.

The condo was great only issue was no chairs on patio and the frig wasn't very cold... the location was very quiet, the pools great... We had a wonderful time..

Good for just a place to sleep

We were only there to pretty much sleep. Bathroom had mold and water spots on walls and ceiling, an inch of dust on window ledges, Childs art work on the wall in the kitchen, wash rags provided had paint on them, broken blinds with several missing slats. Bed spreads very old and outdated with a few holes.

As stated in other correspondence the unit would have been perfect if it had not been for the mildew and mold in the master bedroom and bath which I privately let the owner know about.

Great value for the price, convenient to restaurants and attractions. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. Throw rugs and bed comforters, blankets could use washing. Very Spacious condo. Would stay again.

Everything as advertised

Clean unit. Easy check in. Tvs and wifi all worked good. Kids enjoyed the pools/play area. Safe, well lit area. Super close to the main strip road. All amenities that you need are included in the condo. Would def stay here again.

The unit has not been well maintained. The ceiling in master bath has mold from leakage from above unit. The dryer lint thing was broke and still didn't dry well. The br with queen had a hole in wall the br with king no bath the blinds needed replaced colonial properties only rerigged it to look good and closet doors didn't open and shut easily. Blender top missing plastic piece. Colonial properties didn't respond in timely manner when called on first day owner should find new host. Cleaning left something to be desired I called apon arriving to pigeon forge to see if I could check in early told no the unit was do for inspection which clearly didn't get done. Will never rent from colonial properties again.

Family Holiday

Close to everything but a bit tedious getting out on the Parkway when traffic was heavy as there was no light. But other than that it was great. Quiet and peaceful. Bring laundry stuff if you plan on using the washer and dryer. We will stay again.

We loved the area and complex. We've stayed in a different condo before and had a great experience so we opted to stay again when we found this 3 bedroom unit. Condo was clean and spacious. Beds were very uncomfortable though. Also, smaller bathroom sink wouldn't drain and had to remove a wire from the linkage under the seat to get enough rod travel to open the drain. The exterior light at the door was blown and had to take the bulb out of the small bedroom lamp. Those were not a big deal but should've been caught especially if the small bathroom was cleaned properly. Really wish the beds were more comfortable though. Would really love to stay here again but won't be able to if the same beds remain. Mattresses were like sleeping on bales of straw with a sheet on them, much like most cheap motels and we expected better in a nice condo. Thank you very much

Not worth the price

We have stayed at many condos at this property and this one is the least nice. The walls are in need of paint and it was a bit grungy with mold in the bathroom. The door lock was not working and we were locked out twice during our stay. It was good to have 3 bedrooms for the family that with us, but would not book this unit again.

Pigeon Forge vacation

This condo is nice. It is located near a lot of attractions, yet secluded enough from the main road. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. The only problem we had was not enough glasses.

Nice place to stay for basic needs

Overall it was a nice place to stay. We did have to wash towels before using ( they smelled.) We couldn't find a pot holder to help with getting things out of the oven so we used a hand towel. Great location with many things to do around it.

So much missed potential!

Where to begin with this one? I was really excited to stay here because I had just stayed in a condo in a building on the same property and had a wonderful experience. This place was a huge letdown. Within 30 minutes of checking in the handle broke on the toilet and wouldn’t flush. I immediately noticed the property manager but no one came to fix it in the 4 days we stayed there. So there it sat, full of waste for our entire stay. Luckily this place has two bathrooms. The master bedroom bed is broken or something. It was uncomfortable to even take a short nap in. We ended up putting our luggage on that bed and slept in the second bedroom. The decor looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90s. There are tiny 12” TVs in the bedrooms and the TV in the living room has two identical remotes. Some buttons work and some don’t on each remote. It was a challenge to remember which buttons work on each remote since they are identical. Cleanliness. This was a huge fail. The porch was covered with cigarette ashes from the previous guest. There was dust everywhere. The space between the fridge and counter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There are French doors in the master bedroom for some reason (there isn’t a patio) that were covered in mildew. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. I can spit harder that it runs. The kitchen supplies are very limited and there is no ice maker in the freezer. No coffee maker! At 7am of our checkout day someone started running a drill in the condo above us. There are thousands of great places to stay in the area. Next time we will definitely go somewhere else.

This was an amazing place. You are literally walking distance from everything!

This place was clean! The property manager was always available and answered all of our questions. No contact check in/check out. This made life easier with a party of 8. Will stay with them again!

Last Minute Vacation to Smoky's

Complex was in good location. Condo was spacious and well appointed. Living room couches had been upgraded since the photos were taken. Mattresses could use an upgrade. Looks like condo was in the midst of upgrades all making it better. Great value for the price.
