« This was the perfect house for us to stay in for our grandson's wedding at the Trinity Chapel in historic downtown Dayton. Not only is it just a few minutes from the chapel, it is beautiful and very comfortable. With a king size bed and 2 full bathrooms adjacent to the living area downstairs, it had everything we needed. « My family of 8 recently stayed here and it was so perfect and felt like home. The beds were comfy and inviting, the kitchen and island were spacious enough and included all the gadgets needed for preparing a meal. The water views from the back of the house were nice to look at and so peaceful. We were able to rent a pontoon from the marina and docked it at the house overnight. « Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house.
