I was happy to find Boris serving breakfast, whom I had known as lifeduty at Winslow Spa, always kind and speaking good french. Service is good, kind staff, always willing to help. « Bien que dans un environnement urbain l'hotel Bansko permet de trouver du repos. Nous avons bénéficié d'un changement de chambre avec upgrade suite à un problème de serrure. Le personnel était agréable, la chambre très confortable, propre et calme. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine étant arrivés trop tard, ni le restaurant. « We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
