„Wir waren das 2.Mal im Casa Karina. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Große Zimmer, gute Betten, schöner Spa, nettes Personal und das Essen war wieder lecker. Aber... leider nicht warm genug. Schade. Dafür eine große Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder. “

„We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. „This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. “

„It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. „Wenn man die Bilder beim Buchen sieht, denkt man, ja, ein nettes Hotel, wenn man das Hotel dann sieht, heißt es, willkommen in der Wirklichkeit, es hat wohl die besten Tage hinter sich. Es müsste von Grund auf saniert werden, es ist völlig egal, welches Detail man begutachtet, immer ist etwas kaputt oder nicht voll funktionsfähig. „Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down ...
