« It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. « The hotel/resort is much bigger than it seems from the description. The room was in fact an apartment, was quite small - but not too uncomfortable. The hotel was very big and quite crowded (lots of children) - not great for a couple's stay. I guess it can be good for a family stay with children (given the pool/aquapark, etc.). The location is quite far from the center, but convenient to access the mountain (and good for skying I guess). The breakfast buffet was not great. »

« We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. « This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. »
