« Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

« Ad was very misleading for "Airport Lodge". It was nothing but a basement apartment in a back alley. We never received any information on this reservation pertaining to the access code. We spent a good half an hour in front of the property trying to contact Expedia and the owner. We followed directions and walked to the back of the house for access.
