« The location was excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay. Check-in was easy, and the row house itself is beautiful with a lot of character.Unfortunately, the bathrooms did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned-shower in particular and the carpets were noticeably dirty. That said, the property has great potential, and with more attention to cleaning, it could be an outstanding place to stay. »

« The house was very cool place - lots of interesting touches, very clean and had everything we needed.The host was so easy to communicate with and provided very clear instructions, which was very important regarding the parking.The location was also perfect - easy walking distance to PNC Park, the River Trail and other landmarks.We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit!! »

11. Cozy escape close to downtown, stadiums & parks

« Pet friendly, close to the attractions I was interested in. A lot of confusion at first, probably my fault for not fully understanding the listing. The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking. »

« Excellent location to walk (or a short drive if you prefer) to nearly anything in Pittsburgh which was key for us. Fun neighborhood with several good options to eat. The house was updated well. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable. The main "living area" contained a long dining table. While unusual, it allowed us to be together and play some games when we might not have chosen that option.As menitoned with other comments, be prepared for the parking garage and they do not allow...
