Hôtel près de Bassin souterrain de Piula, ,

« Room was not clean, bed had sand inside ( as if someone had slept there before us) old beer bottles in cupboard. Mirror had, fallen down in bathroom. Breakfast was just toast and cereal with some pancakes and only available for a short time ( 7.30 to 9am). Its good for people who need space and just need somewhere to sleep with aircon. »

« Saletoga is beautiful and has great pools. However, I must say the service is less than ideal. There are many staff members but their system of service is lacking both in delivery and also, politeness. Based on my interactions it seems few staff want to work and are inconvenienced by your requests (simply asking for a coffee or meal). Further, the rooms have very slippery tiles that are seriously dangerous for children and aged persons. They are not anti-slip and just a little bit of water makes...

« Chambre spacieuse, douche accolée à la chambre mais en extérieur, bouteille de vin blanc offerte à notre arrivée mais pas de petit déjeuner compris. Fiafia dance show le jeudi soir : beau spectacle. Parking gratuit. Grand lit confortable. TV qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de wifi gratuit. »

« Excellent séjour ! Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours prêt à rendre service. Mention spéciale à la directrice! Par ailleurs très bon petit-déjeuner, copieux et varié. Encore merci. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. »

« Magnifique hôtel haut de gamme situé à 30 minutes de l’aéroport. Service de navette efficace et pratique . Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Chambre très spacieuse. Près du village. Heureux de mon séjour. Recommandé! »

« ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was smooth, the rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed with every comfort we could want. The beds were cloud-soft, the bathrooms luxurious, and the views from our balcony were simply breathtaking. The grounds and facilities are top-tier — pristine pools, well-maintained gardens, and plenty of quiet spots to relax. Dining was a highlight: the food was...

« お手頃な価格帯ですが、清潔で問題ないと感じました！ 朝食も美味しいです。 部屋は少し狭いですが、清潔でシャワーのお湯も豊富に出て、毎日4本の水が提供されます。 また利用したいと思います！ »

« Stayed with my husband and 9 month old baby. It’s family-friendly, budget-friendly and the customer service is excellent. Breakfast was healthy, delicious and well portioned. The shared kitchen facilities upstairs and downstairs was much appreciated as I love to cook. Also being near the hospital was good as the calibre of other guests were in the healthcare profession and that too, adds to the family-friendliness and safety for occupants. Owners Soteria and Winston were helpful with all guests....

« The whole room is perfect for our stay. Just the shower it will be nice if there's a door or curtain. »

« The stuff of her absolutely fabulous, beautiful smiling faces that were happy to help wherever it was needed. Restaurant for breakfast not that great. »

« Very good reception, breakfast, localisation, and host very friendly and service perfect »

« It’s a good size room with 2double beds. Aircon was ok, as the heat was too overpowering. Close to town enough but away from crowds »

« Cleanliness in the bathroom definitely needed some work. The bars of soap supplied was so old it was ripped and modly. Even the sink under the soap looked like it hadn’t been washed in monthly because of the built up mold. There was also hair in the toilet which obviously means there was no cleaning done properly or at all. Pool was not available also. Staff were okay but the state of the room was not okay especially for the amount the room is for. »
