We booked this property for a multigenerational family trip and it was amazing. Great amount of space, nice beach and pool with games and activities. Nellie did a wonderful job keeping the property clean and neat. Edwin was fabulous, very responsive and attentive to any property needs we had during the week. A highlight was Albert and his fabulous cooking! We all enjoyed every meal, along with Albert’s company. Our kids are missing him and his delicious meals. Our biggest issue was with the “concierge” service. We had trouble getting answers to our questions in a timely manner. All contact was via email or by calling an international number. Email response time averaged 3-5 business days and Information received was not always accurate. Even once we were on site, response time was slow. By the time we heard back from our concierge, we had found solutions to the issue on our own. In retrospect, we would have asked the concierge for recommendations for local vendors for excursions, etc, then booked everything directly through the vendors ourselves. As someone who has planned a number of multigenerational trips, planning through the concierge took significantly more time and effort than other trips we have planned on our own. Despite the challenges of planning, we would still book this property again because every thing was wonderful once we were there.
