The kitchen is set up for simple meals with benchtop cooking rings, and the entire home is fully air-conditioned for cool, laid-back comfort after your day in the sun. Please note the bedrooms and main living space are accessed via an external staircase. The bedrooms both have doors that exit to the outside staircase.



You’ll love the large screened-in deck that looks right out to the lagoon—an ideal spot for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, or quiet evenings listening to the water. With kayaks included, you can paddle straight from your yard into the peaceful lagoon channels.
