Pine Lake Overlook- Lakeside house, hot tub w/ a view! Pontoon rental options!

We welcome you to the Pine Lake Overlook! As you enter our home, you will be greeted with a wall of windows and slider doors that gives you a breath-taking view of Pine Lake's 3rd Lake. Pine Lake is a 660 acre all-sports lake that includes 4 total lakes, all connected, and is perfect to explore by boat! Pine Lake features a spectacular 4th of July fireworks show each summer and is a favorite spot for fishing tournaments as well! Our house is located in a quiet cove with minimal boat traffic, yet with an outstanding view of the main lake! Please note, we are located on a hilltop so access to the lake does require the use of stairs.

Our open concept living area and kitchen w/ large island, as well as a large deck space, are perfect for entertaining and enjoying the amazing view of the lake with friends and family, whether you are indoors or outdoors. We also provide a Blackstone grill and large outdoor dining table. The deck also features a sparkling 6 person professionally maintained hot tub with an amazing view of the lake for your enjoyment year-round! Outside you will find a campfire area with an unbeatable view and a separate deck with a comfortable outdoor sofa (perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee, a book, or an evening beverage enjoying a beautiful sunset!)

Inside, we offer 3 bedrooms with one bedroom on each level of the home. The primary suite is on the lower level; complete with a King size bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The lower level also features a rec-room with pool table for guests to enjoy, and a sliding door to the lower patio and terrace. The main level features a large bedroom with two twin-over-full bunk beds and plentiful closet space. The main level also offers a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The upper loft offers a full size bed, and a beautiful bird's-eye view of the lake.

We provide 4 kayaks and a pedal boat for your enjoyment. If you would like to explore the lake even further, pontoon boat rental is available for an additional cost. Please reach out to us for additional information regarding the pontoon boat rental.

In the winter time Pine Lake is very popular for ice fishing and snowmobiling, and also offers great ice skating! For the ski/snowboard/snow tubing enthusiast, there are a few different ski hills just a small drive away as well!

We are equipped with an on demand whole house generator, to ensure our guests are able to fully enjoy their vacation even when sporadic power outages happen in the winter (due to snow or ice) and in the spring/summer months (due to high wind or storms).

For the convenience of our youngest guests, we provide a pack & play upon request. Please note that the pack & play must be reserved at the time of booking your reservation to ensure availability.

Please note: we have one motion-activated security camera on our property facing the driveway/parking area.

We offer a pet-friendly vacation home, guests may bring up to 2 pets with them. Pets must be declared at the time you make your reservation. Our pet fee is $150. Please note that the Animal Control Ordinance of Barry County has enforcement over all pets; pets must be secured on the property or on a leash at all times and dogs shall not be allowed to whine, yelp, bark, or howl for more than 10 minutes.

We encourage guests to carpool/ride-share! We provide driveway/off-street parking space for 3 vehicles. Vehicles must be parked in the driveway and clear of the roadway.
