„wonderful setup for a large family gathering. we had 11 in our group with adequate sleeping accomodations for everyone nad lots of open living space for the group on the main floor. having all the bedrooms on the lower level was very helpful with the young children we had.location was very convenient for activities in oakland/berkeley area.“
