  • Villa de luxe ultra moderne dans un quartier calme près de La Nucia avec vue sur la montagne et la mer, à seulement 40 minutes de l'aéroport d'Alicante - 75 minutes de l'aéroport de Valence.

    Piscine privée chauffée et couverte de 8m * 4m avec un grand bain de soleil ainsi qu'un bel espace barbecue extérieur avec table à manger pour 8 personnes. Vous pouvez donc utiliser la piscine toute l'année.
    Salon et salle à manger meublés modernes, cuisine avec réfrigérateur américain, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, Nespresso et machine à café normale.
    Toutes les chambres à 4 lits sont équipées de sommiers à ressorts de haute qualité et de robes de chambre spacieuses ou de robes de chambre. 3 salles de bain - une à chaque étage.
    La villa dispose de la climatisation et du chauffage.
    4G Wifi est disponible ainsi que 3 téléviseurs à écran plat avec connexion satellite, stéréo, radio CD.
    Dans le pool house à côté du barbecue, il y a un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.
    2 lits bébé et 2 chaises ainsi qu'un siège auto pour enfant sont disponibles sur demande.

Excellent séjour dans une villa de rêve

La villa est comme vous le voyez sur les photos, vraiment élégante et aussi très spacieuse. C'était un réel plaisir de profiter des lits et des meubles contemporains et confortables. La piscine chauffée est également spacieuse et l'espace extérieur est tout aussi bien aménagé. Nous avons séjourné dans un certain nombre de villas contemporaines et celle-ci est sûrement une des plus jolies. Quant à Silvia... elle est tout simplement adorable. Nous recommandons vivement et serions ravis de revenir.

Gute Zeit im Herbst.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Alles war in Ordnung. Das Haus war schön. Die Betreuung hervorragend. Die Umgebung war gut für Ausflüge in die Berge. Der Strand bei Benidorm war gut und die City unterhaltend.

Family holiday

Wonderful villa with everything you need for a chilled family holiday. Villa was exactly if not better than the photos and very spacious. Silvia the host was very helpful from start to finish, home made marmalade and bottle of fizz a lovely touch. Michael her neighbour was also very helpful providing us with ‘taxi’ runs throughout our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this villa for your holiday Bistro 5 minute walk was amazing also

Fantastic Villa

Firstly, Silvia was a great host. Great communication and very easy check in process. The Villa was lovely with quality furnishings, great facilities with everything we needed for a lovely relaxing stay. Would highly recommend for families and groups and would advise car hire to get out and about. We hope to return some day.

Great family base for exploring Altea

The Villa is very well presented and equipped and is located in a quiet residential area which makes it great for families with young children. The property is ideally located between the sea and the mountains in the region offering a great choice of places to explore all within 20-30 mins drive. Silvia, the host is fantastic. Really welcoming and generous with her welcome to the property. I highly recommend a stay.

The villa was everything and more we could have wanted. The host Silvia was like a family member so caring and quick response to anything we did not know. The pool was heated and was so relaxing, and the fresh oranges on the trees plentiful. Fresh orange juice in a morning was a must. Nice walk into polyp, takes around 40 minutes, so historical and the views! Well breathtaking. La Nucia centre takes around 15 minutes and both an easy walk. Graduated walk back though. All in all 11/10! Thank you Silvia

Just home from a week in this stunning villa, imaculate on arrival with every single thing you would need to have a perfect home from home experience, Silvia was the perfect host who met us for check in and gave us all the information needed to use everything in the villa easily, she provided local recommendations for restaurants which were excellent.Would highly recommend this villa and look forward to going back again next year. A great villa

Silvia as our host was excellent from start to finish. The villa had everything you could possibly need for your holiday and was spotlessly clean. We were there for a relaxing week as part of a tour around Spain and were joined by friends. You need a car if you are staying at the villa though. There is a lovely restaurant in walking distance but for everything else its at least a 10-15 minute drive away. I am sure in time more amenities will follow.

Fantastic property and amazing host !

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Acaimo. The property itself is fabulous, fully equipped with anything you might need, spacious and beautifully decorated. Silvia is an amazing host ! From our arrival to departure she was welcoming, helpful and very thoughtful. A car is probably essential for getting around if you want to do some sightseeing or shop at larger supermarkets but we were so comfortable at the Villa we barely left ! I honestly don’t have anything negative to say at all, can’t wait to come back as soon as possible !!

Perfekte Villa mit perfekter Gastgeberin

Wir waren 12 Tage in der Villa Acaimo zu Gast und wir würden zu jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen zu 100% der Realität und es fühlt sich Live noch sehr viel schöner an. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Silvia hat uns am Tag der Ankunft mit kleinen Geschenken empfangen, stand uns während der Zeit immer zur Verfügung und hat uns natürlich auch am Tag der Abreise verabschiedet. Solch eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin hätten wir niemals erwartet und sagen noch einmal ganz großes Dankeschön! Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist ein Traum. Wir können nur jedem empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen!

The Villa was quite simply amazing! So clean, extremely well stocked with really good quality items. The rooms were a great size with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The area itself was very quiet. The pool area again was spotless with enough loungers for everyone. Our host, Silvia was lovely - very good communication and informative. She advised us in advance of the local supermarket delivery app which was a great help so we organised a food delivery in advance. Would absolutely recommend to all - if you come across this villa and your date is available, do not hesitate to book!!

El estado de la casa es tal y como se muestra en el anuncio o incluso mejor! Teníamos todo lo necesario para estar como en nuestra propia casa, incluso con un bebé de 1 año, Silvia nos proporcionó trona, cuna, juguetes… todo un 10. Cada habitación (4) equipada con todo lo necesario y sus tres baños espectaculares. Destacar a Silvia como una gran anfitriona, atenta en todo momento de lo que pudiésemos necesitar y nos proporcionó todo tipo de información y más. Súper simpática y amable. Todos estuvimos muy muy cómodos y contentísimos ya que ha sido mejor de lo esperado. La recomiendo 100% :)

Stunning

How about something like this My friends and I booked this luxury villa with the intention of having a relaxing break in the sun. It truly was an amazing trip. Our host, Sylvia, was fantastic! Offering help with the ordering of our food supplies and even accepting the delivery; she really went above and beyond. The Villa itself was perfect in size, space, and cleanliness with beds that were exceptionally comfortable. The top floor bedroom had its own terrace with beautiful sea views and even a walk in wardrobe. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with more than enough equipment for 8 people. The pool was extremely clean, the grounds were very well kept and manicured. Thanks for everything, we will be back.

OUTSTANDING

We made a last minute booking here after a shocking experience at another property. Silvia, the owner, was extremely quick and easy to deal with, also she was very understanding. The property was spectacular, very modern and as clean as you could ever ask for, the specification, quality and general upkeep of the property was above what we expected and served our needs perfectly for the 4 days we were there. Its just a short walk down the hill to the nearest town with great facilities and a cheap taxi into Benidorm too. Silvia was the ultimate host, helpful and also going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house and its owner are an example of how things are done properly. We can only highly recommend this. 5 stars all round!

Amazing home away from home!

What a wonderful week we have spent at Villa Acaimo! Silvia is just wonderful and made the whole process so easy. She was always on hand if we needed anything but everything was covered in the welcome pack that was waiting on the table for us. Everything was in it from local shops and restaurants to taxi numbers and local attractions! We highly recommend Bar La Font in Polop! The food and service was fantastic! We also did kayaking and went to Fonts D'Algar. The villa had absolutely everything we needed! The heated pool was a bonus! Its a little bit set out of the way so a car is recommended. * as much as it pains me to say, it is worth noting that Villa Acaimo is on a complex that is still under construction so there is building work being done next door with noise throughout the day.

Absolutely amazing villa !!

We recently stayed at this villa as a family of 5 and found the property to be flawless inside and out. We particularly loved the outside space with so many options for sun or shade around a fantastic pool. The high quality finishes inside with air-conditioning throughout and such great space across the three floors to relax. Silvia was the most perfect hostess and so attentive from the time we made the booking, to the run up to the stay to meeting us at the property and during our stay. If you need help with anything Silvia is always a few minutes away. We found a car was necessary to explore the local area and beyond, with so many great beaches nearby. There were also so many choices for food shops within a few minutes drive. Overall experience was exceptional. We had an amazing holiday. Do not hesitate to book this property. Thank you Silvia

Super Wohlfühl-Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Toll, komfortabel und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Ferienvilla, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Da macht sogar im Urlaub Kochen Spaß :-) Super bequeme Betten, ausreichende Geschirrausstattung, Smoothie-Maker, elektr. Saftpresse, Eiswürfelmacher, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelmöglichkeit... Wohnen auf 3 Ebenen und 2 Terrassen mit dem Vorteil, dass es für jeden auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Der beheizte Pool ist großzügig, so dass man gut schwimmen kann - und das selbst bei nicht ganz so hochsommerlichen Temperaturen! Die Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthalts ist super, wir wurden gut informiert wo es was gibt (Tipps zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Strände, Ausflüge etc.). Kleinerer Supermarkt zu Fuß in ca. 500 m gut erreichbar. Ruhige Lage in einer Ferienvilla-Siedlung im Hinterland (Blick auf die Berge, mit Wandermöglichkeiten). Badestrände sind in ca. 20-30 Minuten erreichbar Ein rundum toller und entspannter Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

We have stayed in quite a few villas over the years but this has been the best experience by far. Silvia could not do enough to help us. The extra touches like receiving and putting away our online shop before we arrived, to the homemade marmalade and sweets for the children for the journey home were wonderful.The villa itself is beautiful, the 4 bedrooms set over 3 floors meant that our party, which consisted of a toddler, a teen, two twenty somethings, a thirty something and two middle-aged grandparents (us!) could maintain space and privacy.The pool area was perfect and the shaded area was ideal.We hired cars and I would say it’s probably necessary if you’re doing much more than lazing around the villa. Silvia’s neighbour performed taxi duties a few times for the younger ones when they wanted to go to Benidorm (about 15-20 minutes). They enjoyed a few nights out there.We preferred Alegria Bistro and Guara Bistro which are both within walking distance.We also had a day in Altea, which is worth visiting.Silvia left us lots of information about the villa and the area.We would all highly recommend this villa. Thank you, Silvia, for all you help.

Just outstanding

I just don't know where to start so I will give it a go. Silvia is the most professional host I have ever dealt with, we were sent all details about the villa, recommended restaurants, and what was in the area etc before we arrived. Silvia kept in touch with us via Whatsapp right until we arrived and greeted us at the villa upon arrival. Silvia's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly enhanced our vacation experience. The Villa itself was stunning and exceeded our expectation in every way. The design and decor really created an inviting atmosphere a real home from home. Every room was spotlessly clean, comfort and quality of the furnishings were exceptional. The attention Silvia has given to even the smallest of details did not go unnoticed. The villa was equipped with all the amenities and facilities you could ever need. From the well stocked kitchen, to the poolroom and BBQ, we found ourselves lacking for nothing throughout our stay. The outdoor space/pool were equally impressive and provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The landscaped garden, spacious pool area and breath taking views made it difficult to ever leave the villa and explore the surrounding area. In conclusion, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Silvia and Michael for providing us with an unforgettable villa experience. Our stay far exceeded our expectations, and we cannot recommend your property enough! Thank you once again and we will see you again

Excellent Stay !

It was very pleasant to stay in the Villa, everything we need was already there, the Villa is located in a very beautiful and calm area, market and facilities are not far from the Villa !
