„My family (7 people aged 16-68) stayed here on our first visit to Rome. The property was easy to access and the manager was always accessible. The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. “

„The house is a great place to stay if you want the comfort of a house with everything inside (TV, amazing kitchen). You can visit the community pool (be prepared to put on a bathing cap) after a short walk and enjoy the cool water. The host is great and communication was easy and replies fast. Since he was not actually in Italy everything happened over email which was not a problem for us. If you speak Italian the lady down the street can help you, too. „Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, der Pool und das Grundstück sind sehr groß und sehr sehr schön. Eine gute Pizzeria befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Vom Ferienhaus konnten wir sehr schnell die umliegenden kleineren Städte aber auch Rom und sogar Napoli erkunden. Der Vermieter Pierpaolo und der Gärtner Angelo sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar (Mobiltelefon). Grazie per la meravigliosa vacanza! “

Check-In und Out waren problemlos; Filippo hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und viele Tipps zur Umgebung und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gegeben. „The house was everything that was promised. The pool outside was great, the sauna as well and the rooms were nice as well. It's a very short way to the beach and there are two supermarkets in walking distance. The best part was that Simonetta is extremely helpful, gives great recommendations and always assists with questions. The only downside is that the bikes that you can rent are not the best.
