I was not at all impressed by my visit. When I arrived, the person at the front desk was talking to a coworker about an incident that had previously occurred, and even walked away before completing my check in and giving me my room key. I initially was not bothered by this, and chalked it up to a shift change. Then when I got to my room, there was a strong sewage odor. The shower was also severely stained, or not properly cleaned, and my sink drain was clogged. There was also drywall damage in the ceiling, which looked like it came from a previous leak. Night 2, I went downstairs to grab dinner, as I was not familiar with the area, only to be told that the restaurant was not open. It was 8pm, and I was told the restaurant closes at 11. I then asked for a margarita, and the person behind the bar said she was filling in and didn’t know how to make one, so she offered me beer or wine. I ended up getting a crown and Pepsi and taking it to my room. There’s more, but I’ll leave it there. Overall, the aesthetic was nice, and matched the photos, but I will not be returning. The 3 stars was mainly for the location, because it was convenient and less than a mile from places I needed to get to.
