« We had a group of 12—3 couples, each with 2 adult children. It was a family reunion of sorts. The space was clean and well-stocked. The floor plan allowed for lots of socializing upstairs, with serious card games on the dining room table. The basement was the perfect hangout for the twenty-somethings. « The house was clean and communication was wonderful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours! As others said, the house is old and there was a slight musty. Overall, the house worked well for us and the proximity to Duluth was nice. »

There was space for everyone to be together, and space for them to do things separately or in separate groups. It is ideal for a large group. The appliances and furnishings are of high quality and we had no issues with anything. »

« The set up of the house was nice where there was the basement for kids to play in as well as a fenced in back yard. It was nice to have two bathrooms with 8 people. It was wonderful to have two refrigerators; we used one for food and the other to keep bottled water and pop cold. If anyone has mobility problems, you can pretty much stay on the upper level. « The place was very cute and well laid out. Unfortunately I don’t think the host had time to clean after a previous guest - there was dog fur everywhere so I had to take allergy meds in order to be able to sleep. If the place had been clean it would have been absolutely perfect! »
