Welcome to your beachfront getaway in Crystal Beach This place is exactly what you want in a beach housenothing fancy or over-the-top just clean comfortable and right on the water No roads to cross no long walks with beach gear Just step out and youre there The house has 3 legit bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms Two of the bedrooms have king beds so no one s stuck with a tiny mattress The third room has two twin-over-queen bunks which works great if youve got kids friends or a mix of both Everyone gets their space The main living area has big windows that give you a front-row view of the ocean Youll probably end up spending most of your time out on the deck thoughits the perfect spot for coffee in the morning drinks in the evening or just zoning out to the sound of waves And yeah the view really is as good as it looks in the pictures The kitchens fully stocked with everything youd need if you want to cookpots pans blender coffee maker all that Theres also a washer and dryer in the house which comes in clutch after a day at the beach One of the best parts about this house is the location Its in a quieter stretch of Crystal Beach so youre not packed in next to tons of other houses or dealing with loud crowds If youre into laid-back beach days this spot hits the mark Weve tried to think of all the little things that make a stay smootherlike easy self check-in strong WiFi and clear instructions Its not a luxury resort and its not trying to be Its a solid beach house thats clean well-located and easy to settle into Whether youre coming for a weekend or a full week this place works well for families small groups or even just a couple people who want some space to spread out Let us know if you have questionswere local and happy to help



The Space:

Max occupancy is 10 people Additional guests must be approved before booking Only registered guests are allowedvisitors need prior approval No parking under the house Park on the driveway only and be careful not to hit the pilings Absolutely no smoking No parties or events No illegal activity on the property Dont leave food outit attracts pests Keep things reasonably clean during your stay to make check-out easier Report any accidental damage as soon as possible so I can assess the situation and handle it accordingly Keep noise down during nighttime hours Dont move any furniture inside or outside That includes chairs picnic tables etc Grill only downstairs on the patio never on the deck This is a county ordinance Please clean the grill after use Rinse off sand using the shower downstairs and leave sandy shoes on the deck near the front door Dont flush feminine products or anything that could damage the septic system Dont pour grease down the drains If something breaks let me know I understand accidents happen but if damage is due to careless behavior the cost may be your responsibility Lock all doors when you leave No refunds will be given if guests are asked to leave due to rule violations or irresponsible behavior In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation a full refund or credit for unused nights will be provided Were not responsible for accidents injuries or lost stolen personal items during your stay By booking you accept responsibility for your own safety and that of any guests you invite There are no lifeguards on Crystal Beach Swim at your own risk Please treat our home with respect as if it were your own Most importantlyhave fun We hope you enjoy your time here and make the most of the home the beach and everything this area has to offer
