The Ohana cabin was the perfect getaway for our family Thanksgiving this year with the most beautiful views! There was plenty to do for my kiddos and the access to the beach was perfect! It is centrally located to everything you need as well. I’m a bit of a hotel snob when it comes to cleanliness and this one checked all the boxes!! The linens smelled fresh and everything was so clean!

Wonderful vacation house

This place has everything you need for a good time. Great location, comfortable furniture, kitchen well stocked and a wonderful view. We were happy that we could take our two dogs and they loved it! I read a prior review that the fenced dog yard had sand burrs but that is no longer the case. We will definitely rent again.

We found mildew all over the windows and window seals when we arrived but the property manager had it cleaned.

Great deck seating and games downstairs. We loved the long table in the kitchen and bunk beds. It’s perfect if you have kids, there was even a high chair in the kitchen and stool in the bathroom. It’s great for a stay without kids as well. We loved the bar downstairs with TV and swings! I would definitely rent again.

It's newer, it's very CLEAN, beautifully decorated and it has all the things you need to have a wonderful vacation. You have access to chairs and beach toys for the kids. The view is perfect for that morning coffee on the balcony. See ya next year Ohana!

This house is decorated beautifully, everything was so clean. Plenty of linens. The location was perfect. We did not want to leave. We only got to stay 3 days which was not nearly long enough. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that we didn't stay longer!

Incredible Property!

As soon as we pulled up we knew we were in for an incredible stay! I'll call it the "party area" under the house was super clean and expansive. Lots of room for giant Jenga or Cornhole! The TV works great and provides a lot of atmosphere with the bar and the swings. Makes for an excellent barbeque area. Upstairs the deck is incredible and has a great view of the Gulf! The beach is no more than 300 feet from your driveway. Inside the open floorplan leaves more than enough space for the 7 people we had staying there! Beds are incredibly comfy and the organization that owns the property provides all the linens for your stay. Normally I wouldn't mention this but even this experience was great. When we arrived the freezer wasn't working. I called the office and let them know about it and the repairman was there the same day! Excellent experience! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Reviewer Comments: Our visit to Crystal Beach this month was just what we needed, relaxing, enjoyed amazing views and fun times spent on the beach collecting seashells, admiring sand castles built by our grand littles and watching them play, splash and body surf in the water!Once again, we put our trust in Cobb Real Estate and rented the Ohana property! As with all prior properties we’ve rented from Cobb, the house was very clean and an included an extra benefit of linens being provided. Previous rentals, the linen package was an option you paid extra for unless you were renting during the summer months; so having linens provided was a definite perk!As far as the house, the house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The downstairs area was amazing as it had a fabulous bar area, TV, seating and swings. The negatives were the kitchen was not as nicely equipped as far as pots and pans were concerned as other properties we’ve rented from Cobb. There was one small sauce pan (less than quart size), two (2) Dutch oven pans (probably a 4 or 5 qt. and one larger). The other negative and an item definitely needing to be replaced was the manual can opener. The fact that the can opener was a manual opener was not the issue, the issue was it needed sharpening BADLY! After my first time needing to use the can opener, I decided there would be no more meals requiring the use of a can opener being prepared...lol! I know this may seem petty and to somewhat I agree it probably is a bit petty but nonetheless was frustrating.Lastly, the other negative was the outdoor games (Corn Hole and Connect 4) shown in the property photos were nowhere to be found.All in all, we had an excellent vacay and the three negatives mentioned would certainly not prevent us from renting the Ohana property again. I would just take an extra pot or two, bring a can opener and some of our own outdoor games for playing downstairs.Best beach vibes...5
