« This was a very nice location right on the waterfront. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, and it was great having access to the barbecue. We had lots of hot water for showers. The beds were very comfortable. It was cool outside for April, so heat was appreciated. We found it a perfect place for our family to gather. »

« Overall the property was very enjoyable. The beachfront aspect was definitely a plus both at sunrise and sunset. Amazing campfires on the beach and beautiful skies above. The property itself was in fairly good condition, a little bit of bubbling on the vinyl flooring but nothing noticeable to the eye. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for my party of 6! No sleeping complaints. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay. »

« Nice little cottage, has everything you need, lots of closet space. Pretty clean - however I did notice spider webs at the top near ceiling. The location is good, close to everything within minutes of driving. The place has space for two cars. The owner is very responsive and courteous. Had to put sheets on the bunk beds by myself, while being tired after the road trip before the first night. "Bonjour , TrĂšs déçu de mon expĂ©rience. J’avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre Ă  l’HĂŽtel Oakes aux chutes du Niagara plusieurs semaines Ă  l’avance. Le jour de mon arrivĂ©e, l’hĂŽtel m’a appelĂ© Ă  la derniĂšre minute alors que j’étais au volant et je n’ai donc pas pu rĂ©pondre. Une fois arrivĂ© sur place, on m’a informĂ© qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible pour moi et que ma rĂ©servation avait Ă©tĂ© transfĂ©rĂ©e Ă  un autre hĂŽtel, le Hilton Niagara Falls. Cette situation m’a pris complĂštement par surprise et m’a causĂ© beaucoup de stress aprĂšs plusieurs heures de route. MĂȘme si l’hĂŽtel de remplacement Ă©tait correct, je trouve inacceptable d’apprendre Ă  mon arrivĂ©e que l’hĂŽtel oĂč j’avais rĂ©servĂ© n’est plus en mesure d’honorer ma rĂ©servation. Une meilleure communication et une confirmation prĂ©alable auraient Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©es. Je ne suis pas satisfait de la gestion de cette rĂ©servation."
