"I like the fact that it could fit 4 people, it's equipped with a small kitchen sufficient for quick meal preps, there's a Walmart nearby (walking distance) "

" Nice big property with a lot of space. 5 min walk to the beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, etc 5-10 min driving distance. Communication with the owner was great. He was very responsive to issues that we had.Unfortunately when we arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t working; finding out later on that it was broken. Like stated above the owner did respond and go above and beyond to make the best he could for that situation. Inside needs a lot of attention to detail. It was noted that there is a cleaning service but it was hard to believe that somebody even came. Things like vacuuming, cleaning of windows ( inside & out) were clearly not done. The beds were not made properly and most of the beds did not have the proper sheets.For the price paid those things should be done and should be verified that it is done properly. If things change me and my family would love to come back. "
