Hotel Port Morant

« After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud....

« The room was not in the house as shown. It was not gated parking. The bathroom was dirty There was a frog in the toilet. The bed looked unmade and dusty. Decor was not welcoming and homey »

« Don’t book here even if you are tempted; unless you are friends with the owner or you will have many, many problems to deal with …. Expedia helps resolve problems very well. But save yourself the energy. Ya understand. »

« Come on goldenshore its 2026 you can do better. Please update these rooms and bathrooms »

« I loved the ambience. Very mellow. Extraordinary scenery. The staff and property manager were extremely helpful. Breakfast was great, offering us simple but tasty Jamaican cuisine. There's room for improvement as it relates to room decor, but I'd definitely revisit. It was lovely. »

« Accueil parfait. Environnement vraiment agréable et bien entretenu. Grande terrasse avec un billard pour les soirées détentes. Barbara (la patronne) est toujours souriante, disponible et très prompte à vous rendre service. Le seul problème, la literie, à revoir de toute urgence. »

« we had no electricity for 2 days, no water for almost all the duration of the stay. no wifi at all had to use all my data. the restaurant was completely closed. the place was not like the pictures. pictures dated for a least 10 years ago! the place is in construction and dangerous for children »
