Whether you're planning a multi-family vacation, reunion, corporate retreat, holiday gathering, or special celebration, The Lighthouse comfortably accommodates 16–20 guests while providing plenty of space to gather and unwind. The main living area serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept design with breathtaking Gulf views, comfortable seating, and seamless access to outdoor spaces with a gas grill located on the kitchen level.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to large family meals and includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, double dishwashers, beverage cooler, built-in ice maker, oversized refrigerator, pantry, and extensive cookware collection.

The spacious dining area and oversized island provide ample seating for large groups. Entertainment options throughout the home ensure guests of all ages stay engaged.
We offer and pay for: YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Paramount+ throughout the house.
The private theater room features a 98-inch Smart TV, wireless quad-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system with subwoofer, automated reclining seating with massage functionality, and oversized bean bag seating for an immersive movie-watching experience. All rooms throughout the house also include Smart TVs with the same streaming services as well!
The dedicated Game Room offers something for everyone, including multiple sports and family games downloaded on a PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. As well as a state-of-the-art arcade system loaded with more than 4,000 classic arcade games, along with favorites from consoles such as Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, and Game Boy Advance.

Convenience was a priority throughout the design of The Lighthouse. An elevator services all four floors, while three full-size washer and dryer sets make extended stays easy. We only provide beach towels, bath towels, a small amount of toilet paper, paper towels and a starting amount of detergents.

We do not provide any other types of beach equipment (Umbrellas, beach chairs, etc.) Please make proper arrangements to either bring your own beach equipment or rent them on the cape.
We recommend any local rental service in the area if you are interested.

Pet Fee: $300 per Pet (Maximum of 2 Pets unless approved for more by request)

Pool Heating Fee: $350 fee, if requested, to heat the pool throughout your stay.

You must comply with all terms outlined in the RENTAL CONTRACT and the PET POLICY throughout your stay.

No smoking/Vaping or tobacco allowed on the premises.
