The apartment is spacious & well equipped. The chairs in the lounge were uncomfortable. There was only 2 of us so loads of space, crockery etc. We couldn’t find a chopping board or tray. There is a washing machine & a small open area/balcony with a washing line but the door to the area would not open. Despite emailing we were never told if there was a key or how to access the area. Our main disappointment was that despite being advised on the website that we would be sent check in codes 6 hrs before checkin time, which was 4pm, we didn’t receive them. It took several phone calls & emails before we eventually received the code. No location details of where the apartment was located in the complex were sent either. When we found the apartment the code did not open the key box on the wall. We spoke to a cleaner & someone from the hotel reception (neither of whom were involved with the private apartment) they could not open the key box either. Then we noticed an electronic screen on the apartment doorwhich was blacked which we thought may have been a door bell but this was where we had to enter the code. This debacle took 2 hrs & mountains of frustration.
