Immerse yourself in a neighborhood brimming with creativity, where colorful murals adorn buildings and independent boutiques and acclaimed eateries line the streets. Start your day with a short walk to Proud Mary for exceptional coffee, indulge in artisanal ice cream at Salt & Straw, or enjoy the green spaces of Alberta Park, just a few blocks away. For evening entertainment, consider Expatriate for cocktails, or savor brunch at Pine State Biscuits or Tin Shed. The neighborhood offers a lively atmosphere with easy walkability, while maintaining a peaceful residential feel.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — This quiet residential neighborhood is near the Beaumont Village area, with cafes, restaurants, and shops within a short walk or quick drive.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 24 (Fremont) and other local lines provide service to downtown Portland (~20 min).

Other Things to Note:

This is a ground-floor micro-studio under the living room of the adjacent townhouse-style unit. Footstep and voice noise from upstairs/adjacent guests can be audible, especially when that unit is occupied. Light sleepers may prefer another listing or want to bring earplugs/white noise.



* This listing can be booked with an adjacent townhome on the other side of the building. Because of such, there is a locked door that can connect in the listing. This door however, is locked and remains locked unless both listings are rented together.



** The studios in this building are all ground floor and face south which sits next to an industrial building that faces NE Alberta - occasional noise from bars, restaurants and otherwise urban sounds can be audible at times
