Guest Access:

This booking includes the full SE 24th compound: the main farmhouse and all three tiny homes in the backyard village. Each space has its own private entrance, and the courtyard/garden areas are included with your group booking.

The Neighborhood:

Our charming home is nestled in the idyllic Division/Clinton district, also known as the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood on local maps. Nearby lies the historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful rose gardens and unique diagonal street layout. While our home is situated on a bustling street, walking one block north will bring you to a serene residential area.



You'll be steps away from some of Portland's finest restaurants, eclectic shopping, and convenient grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes and boutiques. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet stroll through tree-lined streets or an evening out at a trendy eatery, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.

Other Things to Note:

The farmhouse has four queen bedrooms; the tiny homes add three queen sleeping areas, including a loft reached by a ladder. Entrances are separate, with stairs between levels. Please confirm room-specific heating and cooling, main-house stove burners and upstairs tub controls, and tiny-home hot water before booking.



Nearby traffic and bar music can be audible, including late at night.



This compound is for lodging by registered guests. Parties, events and gatherings with outside visitors are not permitted.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
